2K and Gearbox Software have announced two new Borderlands releases.
Borderlands Collection: Pandora’s Box is coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC via Steam on September 1, 2023, while Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition for Nintendo Switch will follow on October 6.
The former includes all six Borderlands games (Borderlands, Borderlands 2, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, Tales from the Borderlands, Borderlands 3, and New Tales from the Borderlands), plus all their DLC in one bundle for the first time.
The digital-only collection has a suggested retail price of $149.99, but 2K says it will be available for a discounted price of $59.99 for a limited time.
Xbox players who already own a digital copy of any of the titles included in the collection will be able to complete the set for $30 via the Microsoft Store.
PlayStation players who own a digital or physical copy of Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition or Borderlands: The Handsome Collection for PS4, or a digital or physical copy of Borderlands 3 for PS5 or PS4, will also be able to complete the collection via a $30 upgrade available in-game.
PC players who have previously bought a digital copy of any game in the collection will only pay for the content they don’t already own, with an updated price reflected on the Steam page for Borderlands Collection: Pandora’s Box.
Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition for Switch costs $59.99 and is available to pre-order now. It contains the base game, which was released for PC and other consoles in 2019, plus all of the game’s DLC and bonus cosmetic packs.
Borderlands Collection: Pandora’s Box leaked last month when it was classified by South Africa’s Film and Publication Board, although its contents were only confirmed today.

Bluey is one of the best shows on television. If you're a parent, you're probably nodding in agreement right now. If you're not, I need to stress that this is not a bit and I am not being ironic. The kids' cartoon that Rolling Stone named the 96th best sitcom of all time really is that good.

Bonkers!

The upcoming Detective Pikachu Returns is a very curious title for fans of the mainline franchise. The game was initially released in Japan back in 2016 and then given a worldwide release in 2018. The title featured a talking and coffee-drinking Pikachu that would work alongside a human to solve cases, a huge contrast from the mainline games in various ways. But, the game was so unique and successful in its own right that it inspired a live-action adaptation that was also successful. It was even the best-grossing video game movie adaptation ever at that time. That led The Pokemon Company to eventually make the sequel that’s coming to Nintendo Switch.
