Luckily, "" is quick to complete and should not be too tricky for most players.
Using the provided «caper camera» and «caper map» is straightforward: find Cactuar locations with the map (using the Left D-Pad on PS5), then take a photo of them with the camera (using the Up D-Pad). Players will receive a «companion card» item for Aerith as a reward. These cards can be exchanged at Beachwear Exchange Booth stalls throughout Costa Del Sol for new swimsuit outfits for party members.
The "" side quest in can be started by visiting the far end of Costa del Sol's main promenade, where the Shinra Middle Manager is bugging a Studio Employee about needing a partner for the contest. The four Cactuars need to be photographed at certain zoom levels to count, noted by the camera reticle turning green when in the correct range.
All four pink Cactuars are located very close to one another, usually hidden on structures like signs or hills. The «caper map» only provides a rough estimate for where each Cactuar is hidden. For convenience, the locations of all hidden Cactuars will be listed below, along with photo references of the Cactuars themselves. After each Cactuar photo, the Shinra Middle Manager will comment on his love for Cactuars and his appreciation for the player party's assistance.
Directly left of where "" begins is the Surf & Suntan shop, which hides the first pink Cactuar graffiti. Zoom in by 40% on the lefthand side of the shop's sign to get the first Cactuar photograph.
From Location #1, turn around and walk up the ramp to the small vendor market bordering the Wild Run dog park. Walk down towards the big inflatable Chocobo and look up. The second Cactuar will be hidden on the rocky hill looking over the market and only needs to be zoomed in by 10%.
Make a left from Location #2 and head down to the wooden pier next to an antenna with an anchor on it. Zoom in by 70% towards the third pink Cactuar on a wave breaker off this small pier.
You may also see small green Cactuars around Costa del Sol, but only pink Cactuars will count towards this quest's completion.
The final Cactuar is located left of Location #3, close to where players first entered Costa del Sol. Head down the promenade towards the entrance and walk along the water by the vendors. This
