One Palworld player has fully cranked up their ingenuity by creating a massive city, and they didn't even need to use a single mod to make a virtual urban base.
Reddit user Commercial_Neck8986 has posted a screenshot and a video of their Palworld base showcasing how they made an entire urban-esque base called Palcity. Commercial_Neck8986 notes that it took them two weeks to finish their base and that it used no mods to create Palcity.
IGN has reached out to the user for additional comment.

"No mods carried enough stone to not overweight," the Redditor replied when a user accused them of using a mod to create Palcity. "Good thing trees are present everywhere, so I just chop off some wood for the roofing." As you can see from the many videos posted by Commercial_Neck8986, Palcity is quite massive, from stone gates to multiple buildings and homes and an entire wall that borders all of Palcity into a self-contained haven.
In another reply, Commercial_Neck8986 mentioned that it made storage near a palbox easier to transport all the materials needed to make Palcity the giant fortress.
The lack of mods Commercial_Neck8986 used to create Palcity is incredible. In contrast, some modders have created save files for starter bases. But there is also a mod called Duck's Progressive Bases, which allows players to easily have more Palworld bases.
In our PC early access review of Palworld, we said: "Palworld may crib quite a bit from Pokémon's homework, but deep survival mechanics and a hilarious attitude make it hard to put down – even in Early Access."

It took Steam's most wholesome dwarf game one year to shift 500,000 copies, though releasing a roguelike spin-off hit the same milestone in one week.
Palworld, the action-adventure survival title that broke player count records on Steam at launch, has sold 15 million copies on Valve's platform. Developers Pocketpair announced Thursday that the game's total player count had gone past 25 million, with 15 million players on Steam and 10 million players on Xbox. Since its release last month, Palworld has become a phenomenon, becoming one of the most played games in Steam history even as it has attracted plagiarism accusations over its Pokémon-style in-game creatures that players can capture, train and utilise in combat.
A Palworld player suggested that the game should add a padlock icon to prevent Pals from being sold, butchered, or condensed by accident. Palworld quickly became one of the most popular releases of the year, achieving impressive numbers in both sales and concurrent players. But despite all the success in almost a month, Palworld players are starting to notice the absence of some features that could improve the experience even more.
Avatar: The Last Airbender is getting a competitive multiplayer fighting game next year. Nickelodeon’s Avatar: The Last Airbender animated series introduced a world comprised of four different nations, each one modeled after four basic elements that can be controlled by certain people known as “Benders.” At the heart of the show’s story is Aang, the titular Avatar who can command all four elements, and his growing group of friends who must work together to stop the oppressive Fire Nation from conquering the world.
Maximum Games has entered into a partnership with Paramount Consumer Products to develop a competitive multiplayer fighting game set in the universe of Avatar: The Last Airbender, the company announced. It will launch in Early Access in 2025. A developer and platforms were not announced.
Just seven months before Palworld took over the world by so many metrics, a member of the Pocketpair team reckoned 50,000 players would be the most the survival hit would ever achieve.
There are now fewer people playing Palworld than there were at the height of the game's popularity, and one of the devs behind the unlikely survival game hit says that's perfectly fine.
Presumably not ready to leave Attack on Titan behind after its anime finale, one Palworld player has recreated the series' iconic central city on a massive scale, purportedly without the use of any mods to make things easier.
