Roblox is a creative phenomenon for the young and young-at-heart, where players can create and share their own immersive 3D experiences or try out the near-limitless library of those crafted by others. With more than 65 million daily active users, it will undoubtedly become one of the biggest games on the platform when it hits PS5 and PS4 on 10th October.

Cygames hosted a special Japanese livestream for its upcoming Granblue Fantasy games earlier today, showcasing gameplay from both Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising (out in November) and Granblue Fantasy: Relink (out in February). The broadcast, which lasted over an hour (and can be watched with English subtitles), starts off with Versus, detailing the fighter's new characters, certain gameplay mechanics, and the title's wonderfully daft Fall Guys-esque platforming minigame, which can be played online.

Bang-On Balls: Chronicles is a bold 3D platformer that purports to stand on the shoulders of giants, with the developer citing Italian plumbers, blue hedgehogs, and wild bandicoots as influences. The twist is you play as BOB, a bouncy hero embarking on a full-bodied adventure across semi-historical worlds. A PS5 version is in the works but will follow at a later date.

Mortal Kombat 1 releases today for those who’ve podded out on the game’s Premium Edition, so you may have been expecting us to publish our PS5 review. Unfortunately, we’ve only just received access to the game, and that means our verdict is going to be a little late. Obviously, we’re eager to thoroughly test out all the features, including the cinematic story mode and new Invasions, so it’s going to take us a little bit of time to work through everything.

13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim and Dragon's Crown developer Vanillaware has announced its next game is a stunning tactical RPG that goes by the name of Unicorn Overlord. It's coming to PS5 and PS4 on 8th March 2024, and you can check out the announcement trailer above.

NIS America has released a playable demo for upcoming strategy RPG Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless.
