Developer Mintrocket, which rose to prominence with the mostly chill summer indie hit Dave the Diver earlier this year, is now working on something completely different in the form of Nakwon: Last Paradise, a PvPvE "extraction survival" game set in a zombie-plagued dystopian future.

Starfield's second update fixes infinite money puddles, but not flying cities

I've read several comments here and elsewhere that Bethesda's Starfield is "a mile-wide but deep as a puddle", or variations on that theme. Said commenters might be tickled to know that there is, in fact, a puddle in the game's Akila City that contains infinite loot: by dint of peering into it, you'll magically gain access to a nearby store's inventory. Strip the shelves, then wait a day or two, and you'll be able to do so again, forever and ever. Or at least, that was the case till this week's Starfield patch, a small update consisting of exactly ten bulletpoints, including one that tackles "an issue that allowed for a vendor's full inventory to be accessible". Boo! Time to go looking for another convenient in-game metaphor, I guess. Perhaps there's something incredibly clever you can say about all the flying cities.

Alexa, What’s Your Future? Perhaps Finally Making Money

When Amazon.com Inc. executive Dave Limp announced in August that he would leave by the end of this year, I wrote that he would depart without having satisfactorily answered the question of what Alexa was for and why the gadget-buying public truly needed the voice-assistant technology.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's DLC includes an easy way to get infinite money, but there’s a catch

Pokémon players have uncovered an incredibly easy way to generate an infinite amount of money in Scarlet and Violet’s new DLC, The Teal Mask, but it takes so long to do that I’m not sure why anyone would actually want to do it.

A Single Starfield Item Will Make Your Follower Better In Combat

doesn't force the main character to explore its more than 1,000 planets alone, and followers can be a valuable tool in combat. Each companion will be combat ready with their own weapon, but asking them to trade gear will let the player give them a new loadout and choose what items they have equipped. Giving companions good weapons early on when ammo is scarce is a great way to ensure they're effective while fighting, but putting one other item in their inventory will increase their efficacy even more.
