Starfield: How To Complete ‘Starboard’ | Quest Walkthrough

In Assassin’s Creed Mirage, players tackle a much more personal and linear story than fans have seen in the series in recent years. It all focuses on Basim, a fan-favorite character from Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and how he became a Hidden One.

Meta’s annual Connect conference kicks off with a keynote tomorrow September 27 at 10AM PT/1PM ET.  Facebook’s parent is expected to make the Meta Quest 3 the centerpiece of the event. The latest version of the headset arrives three years after its predecessor and a little under a year since the company unveiled the Quest Pro — a mixed-reality headset aimed at enterprise users.

The choice you make is critical to the game and will have an impact on the rest of your story and playthrough.

Not everyone in Constellation is a gun-toting, space-faring cowboy with daddy issues. No, sometimes Starfield will throw some rich old bloke at you and ask you to give him a hand in some greasy backroom corporate dealings to retrieve yet another artefact. Exploring new locations in Starfield is equal parts intoxicating and rewarding, however, taking time to visit old haunts has its merits too. The game starts on Vectera, and if you are willing to invest some time into the Main Quest, you will quickly find yourself back there on the hunt for your comrade, Barret.

Starfield has a seemingly endless array of side quests for you to experience, however, engaging with the main quest isn’t something you should avoid. Similar to the likes of Skyrim, a lot of funky things start happening once you get to dabbling along the beaten path, and ‘Into The Unknown’ is the first quest to really mix things up.

Exploring the vast stellar scenes of Starfield is a rush like no other. Every second you spend aboard your ship or planetside has the potential to lead you down a rabbit hole of adventure, questing, and intrigue. You never know when you’ll be asked for help, and sometimes, this can lead to entire storylines unfurling before your eyes.

For reasons I won't get into here because it may constitute a little bit of a spoiler, the planet Earth in Starfield is a bit of a wasteland. But what if it was The Wasteland—that is, the post-nuclear hellscape of Bethesda's other big sci-fi-ish game series, Fallout? In an interview with The Washington Post, creative director Todd Howard said developers actually gave thought to the idea.

There is a seemingly endless deluge of quests in Starfield, and whilst not all of them are epic space encounters or thrilling battles of wit, most of them are well worth doing. Heck, most of them are simply found by accident whilst out and about doing other things. ‘Failure To Communicate’ is one such quest. 

One of the best parts of Starfield is the constant flow of distractions. You could be heading to one place, and suddenly, something cool crops up that diverts your attention. This small hitch then cascades into a series of interconnected quests, and suddenly, you’ve forgotten what you were originally doing. ‘Job Gone Wrong’ is one such quest.
