Having to choose to pull for Arlecchino or Lyney in 4.6’s banners can be a difficult task, especially considering how similar the characters are in some aspects and whether or not they will fit some team comps. Arlecchino is finally becoming a playable character after her debut as an NPC during the Fontaine storyline – in fact, she is the only new character in 4.6. Nevertheless, the patch is bringing in a load of content beyond her release as a playable unit. This includes a new area to the south of the Fontaine region.

Describing as an epic game in some ways hardly does it justice. Covering its main story in three acts, has been a runaway success and one of the most played games across its many platforms. Due to the multitude of choices throughout the three acts, there are many different endings that can be encountered, some good and some not. However, there is one ending for a particular companion that is not only the worst outcome for them but possibly for the Forgotten Realms as a whole.

When starting a new playthrough of , many may wish to play as a custom character rather than one of the seven Origins available. However, one of these Origins, the Dark Urge not only allows for full physical and class customization, but has their own, pre-made backstory as well. The Dark Urge offers the best of both worlds for one of the more unique playthroughs possible.

The game is full of consequential decisions which can radically affect the overall journey, but not as much the final outcome. Bonds are a fundamental mechanic in, but some players meet the sharp end of a katana before ever developing a relationship with the main character.

The final story decision players will make in involves whether to kill or to spare their custom character's Blade Twin. While there are several choices that may affect the story, like choosing to be pro- or anti-shogunate in , the choice at the end of the Blade Twin boss fight is perhaps the most impactful in the game. As a result, players may want to know what's involved in this choice, and what implications it has for the ending they'll inevitably get.

One of the earliest choices to make in involves whether to skip the Nibelheim flashback that makes up the majority of the game's first chapter. The Nibelheim chapter was part of the game's playable demo, alongside a longer section that allowed players to openly explore the Junon region of . But where the Junon half of the demo is separate, and taken out of context, the Nibelheim half effectively grants players early access to the opening hours of the game.

Strawberries can be a valuable crop to grow in , but the way they function does raise questions about when it is best to plant their seeds. While ’s 1.6 update does add new crops to the game, pre-existing ones still have an important place on any farm, particularly if the player chooses the Tiller profession. With that in mind, as always in the farming simulator, careful planning is key for those who want to maximize their profits.
