Rock Band 4’s next weekly DLC drop will be its last

As The Last of Us Part 2 strides back in the spotlight thanks to its recently released PlayStation 5 remaster, developer Naughty Dog has announced an arrival date for its previously revealed making-of documentary, which will be available to watch on YouTube and in-game via an impending Remastered patch from Friday, 2nd February.

Much of the team has moved on to Project Orion, the current-gen sequel, but Cyberpunk 2077 continues to receive support from CD Projekt RED. On Twitter, it confirmed that a new patch is coming “some time” next week to tackle “the most common issues” reported by players, like Finisher animations.

Cyberpunk 2077 had quite a rocky launch, and it left the developers scrambling to turn things around. However, years later, the game is in a far better position than ever before. In fact, the game had even received an expansion called Phantom Liberty. However, this was the last expansion to be released for the game, and there’s nothing in place to bring out any new notable features. With that said, that doesn’t mean there’s not a support team still keeping the game clear from bugs and any other optimization issues. 

Naughty Dog's documentary on The Last of Us 2 is releasing on February 2, complete with new cosmetics for the sequel's recently released PS5 remaster.

Earlier this month, developer Naughty Dog announced Grounded II: Making The Last of Us Part II would be coming to its recent release, The Last of Us Part II Remastered, in a post-launch update for the game. Now, we know exactly when this behind-the-scenes documentary will be live: February 2. 

Halo Infinitedeveloper 343 Industries has confirmed that active support for the game will be winding down after the current multiplayer season concludes.

January 25 will be the last day that Harmonix releases new DLC songs for Rock Band 4, its music/rhythm game that it's supported with new content for nearly a decade. Launching five years after Rock Band 3, Rock Band 4 came out at a time when the music/rhythm game craze had largely passed. While it failed to generate nearly as much interest as its predecessors, it did still manage to find some success and a dedicated fanbase.

Harmonix has announced that it is ending support for Rock Band 4 after eight years of DLC and moving its attention towards Fortnite Festival, calling it "the place to be".

Harmonix, the team behind Rock Band 4, has announced that the game is set to release its final DLC next week on January 25. After over 8 years of weekly releases, Harmonix shared in a blog post that this will be the final DLC release for the Rock Band 4 era as the studio shifts its attention toward other rhythm action games — like Fortnite Festival. 

After eight years of weekly releases, Rock Band 4's last dollop of song DLC will arrive next Thursday, 25th January, developer Harmonix has announced.
