Starfield DLC Can Fix The Game’s Most Painfully Boring Feature

The universe that takes place in presents opportunities for players to immerse themselves in space travel and exploration, but DLC has the chance to rectify some of the game's more tedious aspects. There are engaging features such as random encounters with other spaceships, quests both for the main storyline or optional side missions that provide lore in addition to rewards, and plenty of NPC relationships to form. All of these blend together to create an exciting and immersive game, set against the massive backdrop of space with planets to explore and ships to customize.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash Is Yet Another Japanese Game Launching in Early 2024 | Push Square

What's with Japanese publishers and early 2024?! At this point it's becoming a bit of a joke, because we've got yet another Japanese game coming to PS5 and PS4 in the first quarter of next year. Launching on the same day as Persona 3 Reload — that's the 2nd February — is Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash. The date's been outed by the brawler's newly published PlayStation Store page (as spotted by Gematsu).

Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai Review (PS5) | Push Square

Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai is a game of two halves: a surprisingly simplistic action RPG and an endless barrage of static, visual novel-style cutscenes. It bears the name Dragon Quest and is published by Square Enix, yet it feels entirely barebones; with basic gameplay and a poorly presented story, we're left confused about who this one was for.

How many endings does Cyberpunk 2077 have? How to get them all

Over three years since launch, we finally have the Phantom Liberty DLC, and a whole host of improvements made to the title, in one of the biggest redemption arcs in gaming since No Man's Sky.

The Witcher Will Reportedly End After Season 5

The Witcher blew up in popularity thanks to CD Projekt Red’s video game adaptation. While the novels have had their own following, the majority of the world grew to learn about Geralt, Ciri, Yennefer, and the other cast of character’s escapades from the video games. So, it wasn’t too surprising that a live-action adaptation also came to fruition. Much like CD Projekt Red, the television series also took to the novel source material and adapted their show from that. As a result, there are differences across the board. Regardless, it looks like the end is in sight if you grew to love the show because you enjoyed the video game franchise.

Cyberpunk 2077 has furries now, and they’re canon

Today I learned that the universe of Cyberpunk 2077 has something called ‘Exotics’ in it. Basically, rich people sculpt furred skins, animal-like faces, ears, and other features onto themselves as a hobby out of pure boredom. This wasn’t in CD Projekt Red’s virtual version of the tabletop sci-fi RPG, but now it is. Thanks to the incredible work of one modder you can now be a furry in Night City, and no I’m not joking.

Cyberpunk 2077 Director Doesn’t Reget Making Game First-Person

To be blunt here, there were many problems with Cyberpunk 2077 when it launched in 2020, and the gaming world knew it. You could argue that CD Projekt Red knew it, and they released the game anyway. The backlash over the launch is legendary even by gaming standards. After all, the game was getting refunded so much that stores refused to sell it until some of its problems were fixed. However, gamers still talk about some “lesser issues” today, and you have to wonder if the dev team saw the backlash coming. For example, the entire game is first-person.

Cyberpunk 2077 Live-Action Adaptation in the Works, CD Projekt Red Confirmed

Cyberpunk 2077 is getting a live-action adaptation, developer CD Projekt Red has announced. The project is being developed in collaboration with Anonymous Content, the independent media company best known for producing Emmy-winning shows like True Detective and Mr. Robot. It's unclear if this take will be a feature-length film or a TV series, but the hunt for a screenwriter has commenced, with plans to tell a brand-new story set in the futuristic neon-lit world, where sex, body modifications, and political chatter are commonplace. The developer also stressed that the adaptation is at an ‘early developmental stage,' so it'll be a while before we receive any further updates.

Cyberpunk 2077 patch fixes the game's most frustrating bug and Idris Elba's fashion faux pas

While CD Projekt Red is sadly moving on from Cyberpunk 2077 to focus on the sequel, meaning we won't be getting any more expansions or significant updates, there's still a wee bit of polishing to do. Update 2.0 and Phantom Liberty arrived in a good state, but there's still some room for improvement, which is what patch 2.01 is focused on, squashing some bugs—including a particularly annoying one that's been around for years—and buffing the game's performance, particularly in Dogtown.

Lords of the Fallen Overview Trailer Summarises Story, Gameplay of Promising Souls-Like | Push Square

The original Lords of the Fallen was a just-okay action RPG that didn't quite capture the magic of FromSoft's Dark Souls series. Now, nearly a decade later, its sequel of the same name is looking like a much more exciting prospect. The new Lords of the Fallen has gone gold, launching on 13th October, and it looks highly promising in this new overview video.
