Sony regularly updates the catalog of titles available to PS Plus Extra and Premium members, as new games are added to the collection every month. The PlayStation Plus Extra lineup for January 2024 was revealed earlier this month, confirming that Resident Evil 2, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands: Next-Level Edition, LEGO City Undercover, and more will be coming to the service. Premium subscribers will also get access to Rally Cross, Legend of Mana, and Secret of Mana, among others. A number of titles leave PS Plus every month as well, and fans now have more information on the games that are set to leave in February 2024.
Sony has updated a section called “Last chance to play” on the PlayStation Store, confirming the list of titles that will be leaving PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium in February 2024. As revealed by PlayStation Game Size, Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown, Hue, Thomas Was Alone, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, Tacoma, Tekken 7, Oninaki, Lost Sphear, I am Setsuna, and Lost Words: Beyond the Page will leave the higher tiers of PS Plus next month.
It should be noted that members will no longer have access to these games once they have been removed from the PS Plus catalog. This functionality differs from the free games available to all PS Plus subscribers, as users retain access to the monthly titles until their membership expires. Regardless, it looks like these games will be removed on February 20, so fans have around a month to play them.
It appears that this list includes some noteworthy titles, with Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, Tekken 7, and Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown being among the biggest games to leave PS Plus Extra and Premium next month. Fans of the Resident Evilseries do get to play Resident Evil 2 though, and it’ll be interesting to see if newer releases in this franchise make their way to PS Plus in the future.

Fortunately for you, you’ve got a PlayStation Plus membership and extra controllers, which means one thing: it’s local multiplayer time.
The PlayStation Plus subscription service is pretty much a must-have for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 platforms. However, three tiers are available for PlayStation Plus, so if you’re on the most basic tier, you’re missing out on access to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog. This feature is reserved for those who subscribe to PlayStation Plus Extra or Premium. With it, you’ll gain access to a wide assortment of video game titles to enjoy. However, while the game service does provide players a means to enjoy a new collection of games added into the mix monthly, there is a collection of titles that end up getting tossed out.
Based on a recent series of tweets from Larian Studios CEO Swen Vincke, it doesn't sound like Baldur's Gate 3 will be coming to any subscription service like PS Plus or Xbox Game Pass anytime soon. Vincke's discussion comes shortly after discourse surrounding a Ubisoft CEO saying fans should get used to not owning their games was shared in many online circles; in short, it seems Vincke wholeheartedly disagrees.
