Today's Dragonflight Patch 10.2 PTR update, build 51790, is now a Release Candidate build! While this doesn't mean that Blizzard is done with changes, as many things can and likely will still be hotfixed, it indicates that we're unlikely to see much in the way of new builds before the November 7th release date.
Patch 10.2 PTR Developer Notes - Hunter Raid Buff Added

The Patch 10.2 PTR developer notes for this week have been added and a Hunter Raid Buff has finally been added!
Update: Blizzard added a fix for crit damage bonuses contributing to Ignite for Fire Mages in today's PTR build notes:
- MAGE
Fire
Fixed an issue with the following critical damage bonuses not attributing the correct amount of damage to Ignite when an ability crit: Overflowing Energy, Wildfire, and Searing Rage (Amirdrassil, the Dreams Hope set bonus effect).
- MYTHIC+
The Everbloom will be available for this week’s Mythic+ test.
BATTLEGROUND BLITZ BRAWL
- EYE OF THE STORM
Slightly increased resource rate from bases. - Added a timer widget that will display during the 15 second period when bases are inactive until the next set are active.
All rune buff respawn rates (including Shadow sight) decreased to 60 seconds (was 90 seconds). This includes already existing power runes in addition to the new ones introduced in the brawl.
Various Power Runes have been added to Eye of the Storm, Battle for Gilneas, Arathi Basin, and Deepwind Gorge.

- DEATH KNIGHT
Frost
Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope (2) Set Bonus: Set bonus buff duration increased to 12 seconds (was 10 seconds) and self bounces now also grant the damage increase. - Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope (2) Set Bonus: Fixed an issue with Chill Streak not bouncing to the Death Knight when used against enemies with a large hit box.
- Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope (4) Set Bonus: Fixed an issue with self bounces now granting the bonus Rune or cooldown reduction.
DEMON HUNTER
- Spectral Sight cooldown is now 1 minute 30 seconds (was 1 minute, and 30 seconds with rank 2 talented).
- Spectral Sight cooldown reduced to 30 seconds (was 1 minute/30 seconds), and Haste now affects its global cooldown.
- Demonic’s duration for Demon form reduced to 5 seconds (was 6 seconds).
- Elysian Decree has been moved to the Demon Hunter class tree.
- Fodder to the Flame has been moved to the Demon Hunter class tree.
- Fodder to the Flame now increases Spectral Sight cooldown by 30 seconds in addition to previous effect.
- The Hunt initial damage increased by 22% and damage over time damage increased by 30%.
- Sigil of Flame now moved to Demon Hunter baseline.
- Sigil of Flame initial damage increased by 200%.
- New Talent: Live by the Glaive – When you parry an attack or have one of your attacks parried, restore 2% of max health and 10 Fury. This effect may occur once every 5 seconds.
- Unnatural Malice, Relentless Pursuit, Extended Sigils, and Misery in Defeat have been removed.
- Unrestrained Fury is now a 1-rank talent (was 2) and increases max Fury by 20

Aspect Crafted Gear Item Level Buffed in Patch 10.2 PTR
In the most recent 10.2 PTR build, Aspect Crafted Gear has had its item level increased by 3! Before this change, Aspect Crafted gear was crafted at Myth 2/4 item level — 483. However, this has been increased in the latest PTR build to now drop at Myth 3/4 item level — 486, 3 item levels higher!

Forsaken Guard Armor Update on Patch 10.2 PTR - Cape, Polearm, & Pauldron
Forsaken guards appear to be receiving a gear update, as we've discovered models for a new cape, polearm, and pauldron on the Patch 10.2 PTR, matching up with previously discovered inventory icons suggesting players may be able to obtain them as well! Interestingly, the cape still appears to feature the banshee mask iconography which the Forsaken otherwise appear to be moving away from. We first datamined icons for these pieces in Patch 10.1.7, alongside the Forsaken Heritage Armor and a small update to the shields carried by Royal Dreadguards. In Patch 10.2, we've also recently datamined new cosmetics for Darnassus Sentinels and Silvermoon City Guardians, alongside player versions, suggesting that there will be some related in-game story content to go along with the NPC updates.
