Palworld has been out for less than a week and already people are selling max inventories and achievements on eBay for upwards of $40.
These listings vary in how they work. One, for instance, is being sold by an achievement hunter who will play the game for you, promising to send screenshots each time they "finish a mission" so that you "can check the veracity of your product". Others give you an account which has the game, with a save file that has an inventory full of every item. Some will even 'farm' shiny pals for you. Essentially, you can pay to not play the game you bought. Makes sense.

One seller has a listing for $43.32 that not only comes with maxing out all of your starting items to 9,999, but your stat, technology, and ancient technology points. They'll also boost you to level 50. However, they do this by accessing your account, and given that it takes 15 to 20 minutes (depending on if they're awake or not), it's almost certainly done with cheats. It's risky, to say the least, and not every seller promises that you'll still be able to play online once they're done with your account.
This isn't a phenomenon limited to Palworld, however. eBay is full of sellers offering to play games for you, saving you the hassle of enjoying your favourite hobby. Looking through many of the sellers' past listings, you'll find things like purchasable Halo speed run achievements, 100,000 gamerscore boosting, and max achievements on games like Cuphead and Dead Space. These range from $10 to as high as $440. Again, for the privilege of not playing the games you already paid for.
Some sellers are even listing hacked Baldur's Gate 3 Honour Mode save files so that you can get the golden die more easily.
Shiny hunting is something that's more unique to Palworld, as sellers are offering to find any pal of your choosing once you pay by accessing your account. It's unclear if this is via cheats or just regular old grinding, but given similar promises of 15 to 20 minute delivery times, the former seems more likely.
Pokemon Go has a similar scene on eBay, but it's not shiny hunting. People list shiny 'mons that they already have and are willing to trade, ranging anywhere from £2 to £14. You really can buy anything on the internet.
