Palworld fans embrace Depresso, the frowning Pal that hates to work

Breeding is a big part of acquiring the best Pals in , and there's one Pal in particular that can make the process easier and more effective than ever. Although much of the fun in the game can be found through capturing Pals, relying on this technique is also a complete gamble when it comes to stats and abilities. Breeding makes it easier to combine specific powerful traits, including the transfer features and abilities that can only be found on very specific Pals in the wild.

Elden Ring is a pretty tough game. Sure, most FromSoftware fans would probably tell you it's the easiest to beat, thanks to the Mimic Tear and the ability to overlevel to your heart's content, but it still has Malenia, Blade of Miquella and a whole host of bosses that will grab your health bar and beat you to death with it. After The Pokemon Company revealed it would "investigate" games like Palworld for copyright infringement, the survival game's fans are confident it won't amount to much. 

Striking Distance Studios, the developer of The Callisto Protocol, has started development on its next project, as per a job ad published by the studio.

Palworld revealed its early access roadmap yesterday, confirming that PvP is in the works. But there's a hitch. As players on the game's subreddit pointed out, there's already an item in the files that has "a low chance of success" at capturing another person's Pal. That means that when PvP arrives, battles could "devolve into stealing Pals back and forth".

Palworld, the new survival game that's been dubbed "Pokemon with guns," is off to a massive start since officially launching this morning, and players have already been making allllll kinds of discoveries. One of them, however, is, well... it's a little dark.

Palworld multiplayer is currently not working for many players, seemingly because the game's servers are struggling to keep up with the demand. While inconvenient for the fans, this state of affairs is also a testament to Palworld's immense launch day success.
