Oh no, here I go again: Genshin Impact dev's new-again action RPG Honkai Impact 3rd gets Part 2 release this week

Genshin Impact developer HoYoverse has announced the next «Amplifying Test» for Zenless Zone Zero, giving even more players a chance to try out the studio's new game early. First revealed in 2022, HoYoverse has already given fans plenty of teasers of what to expect from the next game from the Shanghai-based studio. Zenless Zone Zero boasts similar flashy action-oriented combat to Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact 3rd, set against a futuristic big city aesthetic. Now, HoYoverse is rolling out the next round of beta tests for the upcoming action RPG.

A few Genshin Impact leaks give players a glimpse into Petrichor Island and new desert areas that will be released in version 4.6. Genshin Impact marches toward version 4.6, which will see the addition of the long-awaited Fatui Harbinger, Arlecchino. Interestingly, recent leaks indicate that the upcoming character will be introduced as a weekly boss. She will have her own trounce domain, in which players will have to win a two-phase boss battle to earn valuable rewards.

Genshin Impact is giving Cyno his second Story Quest in Version 4.6, but it may also be introducing a future playable character as well. Over the course of its history, Genshin Impact has proven to be no stranger when it comes to teasing upcoming characters through in-game content. Xianyun's human form was teased in the Lantern Rite a year before her official debut, and Charlotte made her first appearance in Version 3.7 despite joining the roster in Version 4.2.

It was revealed that the next version will expand Teyvat into new sub-regions, Bayda Harbor and Petrichor Island, to fill some empty spaces on the map. In addition, it will bring back a fan-favorite domain event, Vibro-Crystal Research, that requires players to dispatch enemies within a limited time to earn Primogems and other rewards.

Arlecchino’s entire animation reel in 4.6 has been leaked, showcasing what may be one of the coolest sets available so far. Aside from being the well-known Fatui Harbinger, also called The Knave, Arlecchino is one of the most anticipated playable characters in the game. She was leaked long before the release of Fontaine and, with the arrival of the Nation of Hydro, made her debut as an NPC. Now, Arlecchino’s release in 4.6 has been officially confirmed by developer HoYoverse, though details about how she operates are still scarce.

Genshin Impact has revealed a character demo for Chiori, showcasing her abilities, personality, and style. Genshin Impact has released a wide roster of characters over the course of its history, and Fontaine alone has brought several new favorites to the ensemble. To navigate the cutthroat fashion industry in the Court of Fontaine, Chiori made ample use of her swordsmanship and blunt personality, and won the hearts of the Genshin Impact community during the Fontinalia Film Festival event in Version 4.3.

The new rumored character for 4.6, Arlecchino, already has one major problem ahead of her speculated release as a playable unit. One of the eleven Fatui Harbingers, the Knave is one of the most pleasing members of the enemy faction, much like Childe. The head of the House of the Hearth already made her debut as an NPC during the Fontaine storyline, though she has been anticipated as a playable character, despite the lack of a formal confirmation from developer HoYoverse. There have, however, been leaks about Arlecchino, hinting at details about her and her gameplay.

Genshin Impact has given all the details about two new weapons that will be obtainable in version 4.5. With Genshin Impact version 4.5 on the horizon, the developers have revealed the upcoming content, stirring up excitement within the community. The gacha-based RPG by HoYoverse has a lot of content, including limited events and characters, coming down the road.

Genshin Impact could be adding mounts in the near future, as a recent leak from a reliable source hints that Natlan's overworld will make use of mounts as its primary exploration system. Natlan is the Land of Pyro and the sixth major nation to be added to the live-service title by HoYoverse, following the release of Fontaine last year. Some details about Natlan’s release in are heavily rumored, while others have been leaked as the content is reportedly already undergoing tests.
