Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is confirmed to be the next title in the long running series, with more details being shared about what fans can expect almost every day. Details are being shared from unofficial sources as well, as there are numerous leakers trying to spill key changes and features to the series. One of these leakers has now claimed that the Ghost perk is undergoing a pretty drastic change, and campers are in shambles.
First hinted at by @el_bobberto - the leaker that first revealed that Modern Warfare 3 will include a whole bunch of remastered Modern Warfare 2 maps - it seems that the popular Ghost perk that's been a mainstay of the series for a while will be tweaked. At the moment, players can equip the Ghost perk to make themselves undetectable by UAVs, Portable Radars, and Heartbeat Monitors, but that looks set to change in Modern Warefare 3.

If what @el_bobberto claims in their cryptic tweet is legitimate, it seems as though Ghost in Modern Warfare 3 will only work if the player is moving, and will stop working if the player is at all stationary. Ghost is a rather popular perk for all the campers out there, who can pop it on and have their locations concealed whether or not there's a UAV in play. Without this, camping spots are immediately broadcast to the entire enemy team, and players in them will be forced to move from their spots or be quickly set upon.
Of course, this hasn't been confirmed yet, so all you campers out there can still cling onto the tiny bit of hope left that this isn't happening. It's worth noting that @el_bobberto has become somewhat of a reliable leaker over this past few days thanks to their Modern Warfare 3 coverage though, so this little tease about Ghost potentially changing is probably legitimate. It looks like it's going to be a very popular change to the series at the very least.
As for other new additions to Modern Warfare 3, it was recently confirmed that the game will include all 16 maps from Modern Warfare 2, including iconic areas such as Rust, Highrise, and Terminal. It's also been confirmed that Modern Warfare 3 will be the first game in the Modern Warfare series to include a Zombies mode. We don't know muchm more about the mode other than it's now official, but it should provide a nice change of pace for players when Modern Warfare 3 launches later this year.
