Minecraft has been around for ages, and it's seen countless updates and expansions over the years. The most entertaining updates have given players new locations to explore and enemies to do battle with – and no where is that more evident than with the updates that brought us the Nether and the End. These biomes are filled with deadly creatures and exciting loot, but they're not exactly easy to reach.

Alongside the launch of Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2, Lego Fortnite has gotten an update introducing a host of new Lego kits to build. But among players who have already been frustrated by the survival game's bugs and slow updates, the fact that these kits come with some hefty price tags is causing no shortage of frustration.

LEGO Fortnite is releasing a major update, adding new building kit bundles and other quality-of-life improvements to Epic’s open-world building sandbox. Several new alternate modes were added to Fortnite last December, including LEGO Fortnite,Rocket Racing,and Fortnite Festival. As its name implies, LEGO Fortnite transforms Epic’s already colorful characters into LEGO Minifigures and replaces the base game’s frantic battle royale gameplay with a more relaxed crafting and survival formula that draws inspiration from Minecraft.

Many new adventures are available to players of LEGO on LEGO Creative islands: new custom experiences made in the Unreal Editor for. UEFN allows players to create their own custom game modes in, and LEGO have used it to create their own custom experiences. LEGO Obby Fun features challenging obstacle courses while LEGO Raft Survival challenges players to set sail, build rafts, and survive an onslaught of pirates on the high seas.

One of the many elements players can create in is: Epic Games’ long-running and incredibly popular battle royale. Video games are among the many things players can make in the viral browser game, alongside popular movies, TV shows, and more. Like other elements, the element can be used to craft even more new elements, many of which reference Epic’s battle royale.

Fortnite got its very own LEGO mode in December 2023 in the form of an open-world crafting survival game. It attracted an abundance of players and Epic Games are trying to keep fans coming back for more with the launch of a new game-type known as LEGO Islands.
