Santa Monica Studios' free God of War Ragnarok: Valhalla DLC is proving to be much more than merely a tacked-on roguelike experience, surprising players with its narrative heft and implications for Kratos and the future of the God of War franchise. Santa Monica didn't do itself any favours by mainly focusing on the mechanical in its unveiling trailer, but you can't keep a good story down.
Nonetheless, we've got it on good authority: Valhalla's a certified banger. Further, senior writer <a href=«https://twitter.com/theorionwalker/status/1734701966234984831?ref_src=» https:>Orion Walker
has teased fans that there's more to the story, even after the credits roll. We won't be divulging anything here, but fans who want some fairly thought-provoking implications rattling around in their head for the next few years may want to keep playing past the credits scene.

Just let it rest 5 years and I'm cool with this and I hope they go Aztec and not Egyptian.
An original god of war trilogy remake would be great following Ragnorak. Why would Kratos travel all the way to egypt by the way? Makes no sense. The best setting for the next game would be Greece.
@gymratAmarillo i'd rather not wait 5 years lol.
@twitchtvpat true XD
@FantasyExplor3r88 for people that didnt like the original games, sure, i guess it would be great for them
@FantasyExplor3r88 this is what I want: the trilogy on the modern system. I tried to stream the first God of War game via PS + but it was so laggy. I just want to play them from the beginning whether it’s a remake, remaster or whatever
@FantasyExplor3r88 Kratos way to norse (GoW5 and GoW6Ragnarok) doesn't make sense at all.
@FantasyExplor3r88 I would love a 1:1 remake but in order to get a fresh air I would love even more a remake of those games but with the fighting style of the nordic saga. That would be a dream for me
Almost everybody in our country report bugs where game crashes during gameplay especially while opening some chest. Lots of them cannot finish and gave up because of «play from the start» checktoint.
@Nekomichu the combat in the original trilogy was better though
