Junkineering is a new turn-based RPG on Android that’s hitting the scene with a quirky concept. It lets you build AI-powered robots from salvaged junk in a Wall-E-inspired world. It’s less chaos, more strategy and even more colours!
It’s engineering with junk, obviously! This MOBA RPG has robots with AI brains which start working in a world that’s been destroyed but is still full of colour. Yes, lots of vibrant colours. You collect junk from ruins and famous spots, build a team of fighting robots and duke it out in battles.
Your robot’s health is super important. Their health goes down after each attack wave, so watch it closely. There’s no way for robots to get their health back between attacks, and they can’t heal themselves. You must use first aid to fix them up and get them ready for more battle.
When you dive into the battles, don’t forget to improve your robots by upgrading them. Boost their stats, like healing, critical hit rate, armour cool down time and initiative. On that note, take a peek at the cinematic narrative below!
In Junkineering, you’ll bump into game boxes that include three different types of rare NFTs. Each NFT has a rank that shows how good your robots can be. There are five ranks at present, including Legendary, Epic, Rare, Uncommon and Common. The higher the rank, like Legendary or Epic, the better your robots will be in battle.
Junkineering turns post-apocalyptic survival into a robot-building romp. It’s fun, vibrant and free to play. So, go ahead and get the game from the Google Play Store. If you want more deets on the game, check out their official website.

When Stardew Valley first came out in 2016, it was positioned as a Harvest Moon-like. The comparison was the only way at the time to describe a low-stakes farming simulator with a village of locals to meet and perhaps marry. And then it made this one. Its latest major content release, the 1.6 update, is a testament to the game’s longevity in the genre that it shaped.
