The Creator, the latest film from Rogue One director Gareth Edwards, takes a strong stance against war and America’s worldwide interventionism in particular, pointing out its human cost. The movie is filled with anti-war imagery and messaging, but according to Edwards, it also gained a surprising connection to a real-life war in the middle of filming.
A developer brought in to work on the upcoming The Last of Us multiplayer game has left Naughty Dog after less than a year.
Just before Starfield came out, the game’s reviews were dropped, and a consistent theme was seen within them. Specifically, these game reviewers kept talking about the amount of hours they put into the game overall, not just with the main storyline but within the whole game. Some of the reviewers had put in dozens of hours, and a few had put in over a hundred to two hundred hours into Bethesda’s new title! What that showed was that no matter what kind of gamer you were, you would have quite the adventure ahead of you. As we know now, that was by design.

You may not have a billion dollars to work with in , but thanks to the games' shipbuilder which supports a myriad of custom-inspired designs, you can create and fly around in the Batwing for a reasonable sum of credits. Dark as the voyages of space itself, the Batwing is fast and strikes fear into the hearts of space pirates who don't know who they're dealing with. As a result, you'll either die a hero in the Batwing or fly it long enough to see yourself become the villain.
Bethesda Game Studio’s creative director, Todd Howard, wasn’t expecting our Starfield ships to be so damn cool.
Because of the extensive ship design system in , it was without question that players would try to recreate ships from other sci-fi games, such as and its iconic ship, The Normandy. However, replicating that ship is a massive undertaking that will require significant time and credits before you see yourself in the cockpit.
13 years after the launch of its predecessor, Alan Wake 2 finally continues the story of gaming’s favourite haunted novelist. But the sequel is expanding more than just Alan’s tale. This game is the third entry in the Remedy Connected Universe, an idea that will see the Finnish studio’s works overlap, connect, and influence each other.
If you are bummed that planet exploration in Starfield is not as challenging as expected, Bethesda originally planned to make the system much more punitive, according to the game's director.
Starfield's planets were originally supposed to be much more punishing for players, that is until Bethesda "nerfed the hell out of it," reveals Todd Howard.
Starfield's ship building features are pretty deep, allowing players to create all sorts of weird and wacky vehicles that they can fly throughout the Settled Systems. You can recreate famous spaceships from other franchises like The Millenium Falcon and The Normandy, or you can go full goblin mode and just build a big cube. All hail the cube!
