Arrowhead Game Studios has announced Helldivers 2’s latest Warbond.
Warbond – Cutting Edge will hit launch for PlayStation 5 and PC on March 14.
“This unique anti-alien cache includes explosive weapons, prototype armour, capes and player cards, emotes, and utility boosters for this month and beyond,” according to the reveal trailer, which is viewable below.
Among other new items detailed on the PlayStation Blog, Cutting Edge includes:
Unlike the first Warbond, Helldivers Mobilize, which was free, Premium Warbonds can be unlocked with Super Credits, which can be purchased from the in-game store or discovered in missions by exploring points of interest.
Once players own a Warbond, they can spend medals to unlock different content. Medals are awarded by completing objectives, missions, and operations, and can also be found by exploring the battlefield.
