Yesterday we already reported on a mod for the PC version that unlocked in-game vehicle assets as well as Mechs, and an eagle-eyed player has now taken the effort to scour through game files. The result - an extensive list of possible new content coming to the game, including new sample types, corporations, environmental effects, passive helmet bonuses, melee weaponry, possible new bugs and bots, new status effects, illuminates, galactic war events, ship customization, new biomes, weapons, and one of our favorites - Meteors. We're not really sure what the referent to Meteors means, but the reference mentions "DamageInfoType" as well as "Projectile", which could imply that players will soon be able to call for Meteors dropping down on those nasty bugs and droids.
