Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut gets May release date on PC

Final Fantasy 14 director and producer Naoki ‘Yoshi-P’ Yoshida has revealed the Dawntrail expansion release date — and joked he’s giving Elden Ring fans one week to play the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC before jumping back into the fantasy MMO.

There are plenty of games that deal with death, but we've not seen an afterlife quite like the one in Hauntii. This gorgeous adventure game now has a release date of 23rd May 2024 on PS5 and PS4, and if it plays as good as it looks, we're onto a winner.

Indika, the third-person adventure in which you play as a nun on the run in a parallel 19th century Russia, has had its release date revealed in unusual fashion at the Future Games Show Spring Showcase.

The religious themed INDIKA will be available on May 8th, 11 Bit Studios has confirmed. The game has been developed by Odd Meter Studio. INDIKA is puzzle based narrative game where players take on the role of Indika who may have the power to change God’s plan, though the question will be are her actions actually having any impact.

Bungie recently replaced Marathon's director, as the studio could be hit with more layoffs after the release of Destiny 2's upcoming The Final Shape expansion.

Animal Well — the 2D pixel art adventure from developer Billy Basso — will launch this May.

Solo developer Billy Basso's enigmatic Metroidvania Animal Well has been dated for May 9th, publishers Bigmode announced yesterday. In it, you'll explore a vast labyrinth of tunnels, solve puzzles and escape its many mammalian-based horrors, all of whom are out to gobble you up in one fell swoop - though as a strange, tiny little blob creature the size of a chicken nugget, it's unclear both what you are, and why exactly you're so appetising to them. Well, it probably has something to do with looking like a sentient chicken nugget, I suppose. Come and watch the release date trailer below.

The director of Dragon's Dogma 2 has embraced its release date rival Rise of the Ronin by telling fans "it's okay if you buy both" next week.

After almost four years in development, Dark Souls 3 mod Archthrones is set to release a demo on March 15th. If you were unaware of said mod, it's a Patron-funded expansion that puts Dark Souls 3 on an alternate storyline in a way akin to Demon Souls, with a hub area home to five gateways that'll transport you to five worlds. If there was ever a reason to return to Dark Souls 3, this is probably it.
