Genshin Impact Verison 4.4 Release Is Coming!

Chinese developer Kuro Game has released new information about its upcoming game, Wuthering Waves, confirming the game's second beta test and PlayStation versions. Kuro Game first announced the game in 2022 as a new action RPG with many fans drawing comparisons to Genshin Impact with its fast-paced and fluid combat. Early trailers saw Wuthering Waves showcase similar gameplay to «hack-and-slash» games, putting an emphasis on difficulty and timing with the players' inputs. Now, excited fans are set to learn more about the game with its second closed beta test.

She is the human form of the Adepti known as Cloud Retainer. Xianyun has an Anemo Vision and uses a catalyst in battle, allowing her to trigger Swirl Elemental Reactions with her Normal Attacks. This is, however, not the focus of Xianyun’s kit in , as she is instead specialized in buffing and healing her teammates, while also granting them an increase to their jump height.

Though it doesn’t fit her color palette, Thundering Pulse is Yoimiya’s signature weapon in Genshin Impact. Overall, this Bow is great for any DPS character due to its CRIT DMG stat. Primarily, it increases the wielder’s ATK and Normal Attack DMG, so Bow characters who rely on infused Normal Attacks will do best with this.

Genshin Impact has been review bombed and its official Douyin (TikTok) account has lost nearly 1m followers after the recent version 4.4 livestream announced that three only dollops of Intertwined Fate material will be gifted to players during the game's Lantern Rite event.

A new leak regarding Version 4.8 has been shared, hinting at another limited-time map, though this one is set to be in the region of Fontaine. Although the live-service game by HoYoverse is currently in Version 4.3, moving towards Version 4.4 in late January, there have allegedly been leaks about content planned for later in the year, including for the release of Natlan in . The game has long been struggling with leaks – most of the planned content for Fontaine in Version 4.0 was shared months before its release, and the majority of it was accurate.

Waiting lists for limited characters are a favorite in the Genshin Impact community, as it helps players chart their gacha journey by being mindful of the last time a 5-Star character had their rerun. While there is always a chance that an Event Banner in Genshin Impact receives an early rerun, as is the case with Yoimiya, HoYoverse tends to prioritize characters who haven't had a reappearance in recent versions.
