Fortnite’s Creative Islands have a serious content moderation issue

Retro specialist Hamster Corporation has announced that it has reached 400 titles in its Arcade Archives series.

A new player survey released by Epic Games teases that new DLC and potential mod support may be coming soon to LEGO Fortnite. The LEGO-themed survival game was released shortly after the launch of Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1 last December, and the rapid success of LEGO Fortnite encouraged many players to ponder what Epic Games could introduce in the current and upcoming seasons.

Islands of Insight will launch for PC via Steam on February 13 for $29.99, publisher Behaviour Interactive and developer Lunarch Studios announced. A new demo will be available during Steam Next Fest: February 2024 from February 5 to 12, but users can register on the official website from February 2 to 4 to receive an early access code.

Final Fantasy 14 recently added a new furnishing item that hearkens back to the iconic square grapes from Endwalker’s original release. The Labyrinthos Grape Lamppost outdoor furnishing, added in Patch 6.55, lets Final Fantasy 14 players immortalize the meme outside their homes and Island Sanctuary forever.

One Palworld explorer has found a location in the game that is rich with valuable resources — specifically ore and coal nodes. Palworld combines the monster-catching and survival genres, which encourages base-building, and as such, resources are a valuable asset for players to gather.

A recent Fortnite leak has revealed that four vaulted items will be brought back to the game in Chapter 5 Season 1. Following the conclusion of Chapter 4, Fortnite has made some changes to the item pool, sending the likes of Drum Shotgun, Grapple Glove, and Infantry Rifle to the vault for an unspecified time. However, the battle royale has replaced them with some powerful equipment, such as Grapple Blade and Frenzy Auto Shotgun.

In addition to the stories, Final Fantasy 14 made some changes specific to the PvP mode called Shatter and some Jobs were nerfed in Frontline mode.

The Brilliant Coup is a new indie game by solo developer Markus Creative premiering on the Steam platform. The indie title features a young protagonist who plans to rob a bank by helping out their older friend, embarking on a life of crime. While the concept is an original creation, the two main characters of The Brilliant Coup strangely resemble the protagonists from AMC's hit show Breaking Bad.

Back in December, Creative Assembly posted a lengthy apology to players for their recent handling of the Total War strategy series, in particular Total War: Warhammer 3 and Total War: Pharoah.
