The battle royale crossovers continue with force in Chapter 5, with Metal Gear now getting in on the action, following the likes of Peter Griffin from Family Guy and US rapper Eminem.

A Far Cry 5 player has recreated a Far Cry 2-inspired environment using the game’s Arcade Mode. Map editors in the Far Cry franchise are nothing new, and they offer players a way to experiment with the sandbox. However, the map editor in Far Cry 5, which launched in 2018, received a significant upgrade, giving players access to assets from various Ubisoft franchises, including the previous Far Cry titles, Assassin’s Creed, and Watch Dogs. In Arcade Mode, players have complete control over a number of features, including the audio and terrain of the maps, which they can also share with friends.

Only one true Solid Snake variant is set to be added as part of the Fortnite x Metal Gear crossover. Old Snake can be earned, who fans will know primarily appears in Metal Gear Solid 4 . There are small variants in that you can add Snake's binoculars, or keep them off, but that's pretty much it for now.

Epic Games did not have the budget to create an authentic version of the Peter Griffin Fortnite skin, Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane has revealed. His insight into this curious crossover arrives weeks after Peter Griffin debuted in Fortnite as part of the Chapter 5: Season 1 Battle Pass.

Some vocal Fortnite fans have recently taken to social media to bemoan Epic's weapon design choices in Chapter 5, especially as they pertain to the Reaper Sniper Rifle and Enforcer AR, which they claim look way too similar.
