A new Final Fantasy VII Rebirth patch is now live, introducing fixes for multiple issues, including a progression issue that prevented the completion of a Chapter 12 sidequest.
The game's 1.030 patch fixes an issue that stopped progress in the "Can't Stop Won't Stop sidequest, which requires players to beat the high score in the G-Bike minigame, among other things. In the game's previous version, a bug prevented the high score from being properly registered, making the quest impossible to complete.
The Final Fantasy VII Rebirth 1.030 patch notes, which are only available in Japanese at the time of writing, also confirm that a few other issues were fixed, including an issue that occurred in unspecified World Intel events, an issue that prevented additional Battle Simulator battles from being unlocked and some display bugs.
