Fear the Walking Dead showrunners address season 8's shock death: "It felt fitting"

Mortal Kombat  has been such a massive franchise over the years, and it’s also known for featuring several different crossovers. Plenty of IPs get represented in the game, and it’s never known what character might pop up next. When NetherRealm Studios unveiled  Mortal Kombat 1 , fans were likely speculating which guest characters could show up in this installment. Today, we’re finding out that the co-creator of  Mortal Kombat , Ed Boon, was at one time an attempt to get a crossover with  The Walking Dead . 

Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 developers Sledgehammer Games (umpteenth reminder: that's Modern Warfare 3 as in the 2023 game, not the 2011 FPS of the same name) have hosted a Reddit AMA in which they answered a bunch of questions about the evolution of the game's competitive meta. That's meta as in the overall balance of power between Modern Warfare 3 loadouts, playstyles and so forth based on a variety of factors such as map design, rather than the Alan Wake 2 kind of "meta", where characters talk about how they're just characters in a game and so on. I would dearly like to see some crossover between these types of "meta". I guess the Call of Duty that comes closest to fulfilling that idea is Black Ops 3, with its fourth-wall-breaking cyborg theatrics.

Omni-Man dropped earlier this month, becoming Mortal Kombat 1's first guest character. Despite being a fairly popular addition to the game, his inclusion wasn't always set in stone, as director Ed Boon recently revealed that he first approached Invincible and The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman for permission to include Michonne as part of Kombat Pack 1.

A brand new teaser for The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live has dropped, and it looks like this spin-off may hold the key to some of our unanswered questions from the original show’s last few seasons. The teaser also reveals that the show will officially premiere on AMC on February 25, 2024.

The Walking Dead: Destinies launched last week with little fanfare and it didn’t take long for it to emerge as yet another worst game of 2023 contender from the same company that published this year's terrible King Kong game.

A new video game based on AMC’s The Walking Dead TV series gives players the power to change how the show’s biggest moments play out. That includes the ability to alter a critical death scene from season 2, in which Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) kills his former friend Shane Walsh (Jon Bernthal), reversing their fortunes.

One of the most classic things that a fan of a TV show can do is look at a series at one point in its run and go, “Well, that’s not how I would’ve done it.” Or, “I wish they had done this instead!” It’s not wrong to feel that way, as each TV show is run by people who “think they know what’s best,” and sometimes, they honestly don’t. But the problem is that while fans can complain about things like that, they can’t truly do much about it. However, that “role” changes quite a bit in The Walking Dead: Destinies.

The succubus — who has taken the form of a beautiful human woman with a popped-out eyeball bulging out of a mass of loose brain — recoils in pain and bends down out of frame. When she snaps back up, her static-shocked hair stands on end like the quills of a porcupine. Her head then detaches itself from her neck, flies across the room, and gives a theatrical snarl.
