Every Video Game Release Date (March 2024)

Bigmode Games has officially announced that the indie game Animal Well will be released on May 9, 2024. Bigmode Games was co-founded by Dunkey from the popular Videogamedunkey YouTube channel back in 2022, and this will be the first indie game published by the studio.

While may sell itself on its vast catalog, not every title is there to stay. Three games, including MLB the Show 23, will leave Microsoft’s subscription service at the end of March.

Three titles are leaving Xbox Game Pass on March 31. It's common practice for Microsoft to add plenty of new first and third-party titles to its popular subscription service each month, but it does also remove the occasional title to make way for them.

March promises to be a busy month for video games, too. WWE 2K24 released on March 8, bringing its familiar and fun wrestling playground in an updated package. Team Ninja's latest action-RPG, Rise of the Ronin, comes out later this month. The developer is known for its gruelling but rewarding Souls-like Nioh series and is expanding the scope this time around with an open-world, narrative-driven role-playing title.

The Frostpunk 2 release date has been confirmed for 25th July 2024, bringing the icy chill of survival city management to the summer months. Frostpunk 2 will be coming out for PC, with no word on a console release at this point, but will be heading straight into PC Game Pass on day one.

PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S owners will have to wait a little bit longer before they can play House Flipper 2, as the game's developer has announced that its upcoming console ports have just been delayed. The cozy building simulator was originally supposed to launch on Sony's and Microsoft's current generation systems this March.

The first games coming to during March 2024 have been announced, and there are a few surprises to go with the expected day-one games. We already knew about the impending release of MLB The Show 24 and Lightyear Frontier, but there are a couple of older faces and others to keep the kids occupied.

One of Remedy's best games is coming to Xbox Game Pass this month. Microsoft's subscription cycles through new titles each month, adding new titles while removing others. Recently, major titles such as the and remakes, and have been added to the subscription.

Xbox Game Pass has revealed four more titles that will be added to its library in March 2024. All of the newly confirmed arrivals, which include some highly acclaimed games such as Control, will reach Xbox Game Pass over the following two weeks.

Microsoft has announced the first wave of titles coming to Game Pass subscribers for March, starting with Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun for cloud, PC and consoles. PAW Patrol World arrives for the same platforms on March 7th, followed by SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated on March 12th.
