Patch 10.2.5 added follower dungeons to WoW, allowing players to complete normal dungeons with AI NPCs. While this feature is aimed mostly at players looking to try something new, it can also be used to collect.
This post will review some collectibles that can be obtained more easily from follower dungeons. Note that this isn't an exhaustive list. If you have more suggestions, let us know in the comments!
Part of the steps to obtain Divine Kiss of Ohn'ahra consists in obtaining 3x Stolen Breath of Ohn'ahra. These breaths can be obtained from the last boss in The Nokhud Offensive, Balakar Khan. Breaths can be obtained in any difficulty.
How to Obtain the Divine Kiss of Ohn'ahra Mount
Another good collectible to go after in Follower Dungeons is the Ivory Trader's Ottuk. This mount requires you to collect three rings from the original Dragonflight dungeons, in any difficulty:
After obtaining the three rings, head to Iskaara in Azure Span and purchase the mount from Tattukiaka.
One of the new types of collectibles added in Dragonflight, many manuscripts are available only as dungeon drops.

Besides those, there's always the option of transmog. Follower dungeons open the possibility of farming these transmog pieces alone way earlier than previous expansions, as you can solo the dungeons for the pieces right now.
