We've been hard at work datamining all the new changes for Diablo 4's Patch 1.3! Take a look at the raw data we've gathered below.
Editor's Note: this datamined information comes directly from the Diablo 4 client. While some of it may differ to what was described in patch notes, this is the current information live in Patch 1.3.
These changes may have already entered the game due to the nature of Blizzard's release process — while the items aren't necessarily new to this specific patch release, they are new to the latest comparison of patch changes.
Here are the datamined changes for build 1.3.0.49213, compared to 1.2.3.47954.
- Your Overpowers deal 15% 8%\ increased damage when using a Two-Handed weapon.
- Become Unstoppable and rush forward, pushing enemies with you then swinging through them for 25% 250% damage and Knocking them Back.
- When causing an enemy to Bleed, you have a chance equal to your Critical Strike Chance to increase the Bleed amount by 115% 140%\ of your Critical Strike Damage bonus.
- Overpowering a Bleeding enemy creates an explosion that inflicts 13% 17% Bleeding damage over 5 seconds.
Leap forward and then slam down, dealing 32% 42% damage and Knocking Back surrounding enemies on impact.
Increase Berserking's maximum duration by 5 seconds and increase its damage bonus to 60% 100%\.
- Dealing direct damage with a Two-Handed Bludgeoning, Two-Handed Slashing, or Dual Wielded weapons grants 10%\ increased damage for 8 10 seconds.
- While all three damage bonuses are active, you gain an additional 15% 20%\ increased damage. damage and attack speed.

- Unleash concentrated blight that deals 30% damage and leaves behind a defiled area, dealing 13% 15% damage over 6 seconds.

Drums of the Vault Quest Hotfixed Endgame Builds Tier List Updated for Season 3 Launch This change makes Strongholds in Kehjistan, as well as the zone overall, much more accessible from a lower level. This means that if you're out and about on a fresh Seasonal character working on the new Seasonal Questline, you'll be able to get more Waypoints in the zone much sooner, which will help with completing objectives for the Tree of Whispers for experience or engaging in open world events. It will also smooth out the leveling experience quite nicely there.
