Diablo 4 Hotfix Adresses Player Real ID Privacy Concern Issues

Blizzard has rolled out a client Diablo 4 hotfix for patch 1.2.0b across all platforms, which addresses player privacy concerns among other things.
Some players were concerned about their privacy due to screen share unintentionally showing a player's full name. You can imagine that some weren't too happy with this, and this hotfix addresses this issue. "Fixed an issue where the Real ID name of players was displayed locally in the Clan menu by default", the official release notes for this hotfix read.
Other fixes included with this patch hotfix are various bug fixes alongside stability improvements. Also included is a fix for the Season of Blood Battle Pass not awarding the correct amount of Platinum, and bonus items from the Blizzcon Collection being granted early and showing placeholder content. Diablo 4 is available globally now for PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One. The game's second season, the Season of Blood, kicked off some days ago. "Diablo IV completely does away with that system, allowing for freeform customization of each class. Granted, you do have to start with unlocking a Basic skill, but then you're entirely free to skip Core skills and Defensive skills if you want to focus on Brawling skills, Weapon Mastery skills, or Ultimate skills. There's a lot of room for experimentation between active skills and passive skills, not to mention that the former skills also come in five ranks each, so you'll have to figure out exactly how many points you want to spend on any selected ability.
Chances are you may get it wrong the first time, the second time, and possibly the third time, too. That's the point, though: the system is wide open, which comes with the downside of potentially bad builds, but the upside of much greater freedom in tailoring your own playstyle. Diablo IV is a remarkable improvement over the previous installment in this area."

Unreleased Zones Spotted in Diablo 4 Steam Version
Two unreleased zones for Diablo 4 were spotted in the localization strings of the Steam version. These can be found on SteamDB, a website that utilizes the Steam API to provide a plethora of information. Diablo 4 on SteamDB Diablo 4 Now Available On Steam Only two of the listed zones on SteamDB are not present in the current iteration of Diablo 4, these being Teganze Plains and Torajan Jungles. It is not the first time these zones have shown up in Diablo 4's game files. The zone names were first spotted in the earliest public beta builds of Diablo 4.Some of Diablo 4's localization strings found on SteamDB. The localization strings above, where these zone names were found, are used to show people's location in Sanctuary in the Battle.net friend list among other things. At the moment we can only speculate if these zones were cut early on in the development of Diablo 4 or if they are part of the game's first expansion.
