Bioshock creator Ken Levine reveals new details about Judas, will feature a 'pseudo-procedural' narrative and roguelike elements

The first season of the Fallout TV show may have only just been released, but that hasn’t stopped the creators from teasing season 2. When asked about what viewers can expect if they return to the wasteland, Jonathan Nolan and Graham Wagner had some interesting reveals.

Almost all video games are painstakingly made by human hands, but Harold Halibut takes that idea so literally that you can almost spot the fingerprints of its creators on screen. This colourful, story-driven adventure features meticulously hand-sculpted characters that have been seated in detailed miniature sets, digitally scanned, and brilliantly brought to life in a 12-hour interactive stop-motion movie that we get to star in. Yet, like the oceanic alien world in which it takes place, Harold Halibut is deeper than it first appears. I came for the unconventional art style, but I stayed for the cast of quirky characters and a playful mystery to unravel that features plenty of warmth and humour beneath its striking stop-motion surface.

Fallout 3 is as beloved now as it was upon its release more than 15 years ago. That's why fans everywhere are clamouring for a remaster.

Ubisoft recently premiered a new story trailer for Star Wars Outlaws, offering another look at Massive Entertainment’s upcoming open world action-adventure title, and confirming that it’ll be releasing this August. A new Marvel game will be officially announced tomorrow (that's the 27th March) at 8am PT / 11am ET / 3pm GMT. That's according to hype master Geoff Keighley, who's teasing the title on social media.

Some enemies in Honkai: Star Rail will reportedly have multiple layers of Toughness, as stated by a prominent leaker. Honkai: Star Rail has a combat mechanic that requires players to deplete the enemy's Toughness bar, which is displayed above its HP bar, to trigger the Break Effect. When this bar is fully exhausted, the enemy enters the Broken state, and players can utilize its elemental weakness to deliver a massive amount of damage.
