Remember Robert Pattinson’s suit from The Batman, which mysteriously ended up in Batman: Arkham Knight on the Epic Games Store? It was removed without explanation but is confirmed to be in the Batman: Arkham Trilogy, which launches this week. Thankfully, it seems the suit isn’t exclusive to the Nintendo Switch, at least not permanently.
In a press release, Warner Bros. Games confirmed that The Batman suit would be available in Batman: Arkham Trilogy for two weeks. On December 15th, it would arrive in Batman: Arkham Knight on PS4, Xbox One and PC, presumably as a free addition. Based on the recent gameplay trailer, it’s pretty accurate to the film, if not as visually distinct as the other suits.
Batman: Arkham Trilogy is available on December 1st for Nintendo Switch. It includes Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Knight (but not Arkham: Origins, sadly), with all their Challenge Packs, costumes and story DLC. Stay tuned for more details when it’s live.
Co-chairman and co-CEO of DC Studios James Gunn has said Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League won't be the last we see of the Arkham Universe.
James Gunn isn't ruling out more games in the Batman Arkham universe. This comes after some fans feared that after Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League future DC games would be centred around the films, not the long-running gaming series developed by Rocksteady.
Batman: Arkham Knight owners can now cosplay as Robert Pattinson’s caped crusader from The Batman, with a free skin available for all versions of the game. If you’re having a bit of déjà vu right now, it’s because that Batman costume was released (and then retracted) in the Epic Games Store release of Arkham Knight way back in October, and was also made available in the Nintendo Switch collection that just came out.
Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition is now available on both iOS and Android mobile platforms. Rockstar Games confirmed that users without a Netflix subscription can also now play the games on their smartphones. They will be required to buy the games on Play Store or App Store.
More than 4 million people have downloaded Suika Game on Nintendo Switch — the only place it’s available — since it was released in 2021. It gained massive popularity when it was released in the United States in October. Now, it’s available for a free trial period from Dec. 14 to Dec. 20 for no extra cost to Nintendo Switch Online members. It’s part of Nintendo’s Game Trials program, accessible with a Nintendo Switch Online membership.
After its most recent dev update (and the final one of the year), the Singularity 6 team still had another surprise left when it came to Palia — the Nintendo Switch release date. Next week, on December 14th, you’ll be able to download and play the free to play cozy sim. The date was revealed along with a new trailer at last night's The Game Awards.
For a lot of people, including myself, Kevin Conroy was the Batman. A lot of you might've known him from the Arkham Trilogy—I myself was first introduced to him via Justice League: Unlimited. He was the voice of Batman for over three decades before he died after a short battle with cancer in November last year, age 66. As spotted by Eurogamer, a tribute has been added to the Batman: Arkham Trilogy, though it's only presently confirmed to be on the Nintendo Switch version. Gamingbible editor Ewan Moore posted a screenshot of the tribute on Twitter, which reads: «In memory of Kevin Conroy.»

Arriving on 15th December 2023, the suit will actually be available first in the new Nintendo Switch version of Batman: Arkham Trilogy, but will then be offered as a free download to PS4 players and PS5 owners using backwards compatibility.

December is here, and that means some of you might be going for video games that are “on your wishlist” or possibly thinking about getting games that you weren’t sure about before but want to take a chance on since there are no big releases across the main systems for this month. There was one release that kicked off December, though, and that’s the Batman Arkham Trilogy for Nintendo Switch. The port of the beloved Rocksteady games had gamers curious, if nothing else, when it was announced. But when you see the comparisons to other systems, it seems the Switch port has once again come up short.
Batman Arkham Knight and embarrassing ports are terms that seem to go hand in hand, as those who played the PC version of the game at launch know well, but it seems like the final entry in the series by Rocksteady reached a new low with the recently released Nintendo Switch port.
