It’s not an official theme or anything, but this week’s TV is all about fighting. There’s the two sides of superhero coming-of-age stories on Prime Video alone: the season finale of Gen V and the season premiere of Invincible. Over on Netflix there’s Blue Eye Samurai, a new show about one woman’s quest for revenge in Edo-era Japan, while on Paramount Plus the new Taylor Sheridan-produced show about Bass Reeves (David Oyelowo) is sure to bring on some Wild West violence. Throw in Love Island Games, and it seems like no matter which platform you turn to, you’re gonna get some clashes.
World of Warships Collaboration With Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and Halloween Are On the Way

World of Warships is celebrating Halloween and collaborating with fantasy strategy title Heroes of Might and Magic III. Expect six new themed commanders with voiceovers, a special map, and a special DLC bundle. Aside from the collaboration, the Halloween themed update introduces an updated operation, several new Japanese battleships, and much more on the way.
Heroes of Might and Magic III fans will recognize characters like Catherine Ironfist, Mephala, Solmyr, Nymus, Gunnar, and Sandro when the collaboration opens up on October 19th. Each Commander has voiceovers, with original voice actors reprising the roles of Catherine Ironfist and Sandro. All of the commanders will come with 10 skill points, so you can have them lead your armada whether on regular maps or on a special map that is inspired by Heroes of Might and Magic III. This map will be available in the Armory and as they travel they'll unlock different commanders and resources that include credits, premium account days, xp, and some economic bonuses to help. You can also acquire the Kingdom of Erathia Griffin banner as a flag.
In addition, there will be a DLC bundle available on Steam at a discount that includes Commander Sandro, some premium account days, in-game bonuses, credits, and a copy of Heroes of Might and Magic III HD edition.
If you are in a Halloween mood, the «Last Voyage of Transylvania» operation is on the way. There will be Jack O'Lantern premium containers and regular containers to get your hands on. Help escort and defend the ship Transylvania, which is journeying to find and close a portal through which evil forces are coming through. Starting October 25th and running through November 8th, this operation is for tiers VIII-IX. This is different from previous Halloween operations, and there will also be modifiers applied to ship characteristics to even outperformance. If your team loses a ship, an additional buff will be applied.
The update also introduces three new Japanese battleships into Early Access: the Tier VIII Yumihari, Tier IX Adatara, and Tier X Bungo.
