Fortnite is a game filled with a ton of collaborations throughout it’s existence, and we’ve seen some crazy ones as of late. Now, a new leak has cited that Avatar The Last Airbender is coming to Fortnite alongside a mid-season battle pass. Here’s what we know.
The news comes from notable leaker iFireMonkey, who found some interesting lines of code in Fortnite’s backend. While the current season, Chapter 5 Season 1 is winding down, we should expect this during Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2.
They note that players will be able to partake in the mid-season battle pass, and completing all of the challenges will unlock the Appa Glider. Furthermore, players will also be able to gain the LEGO variants for these skins, so you’ll be able to use them across all modes.

While we would like to see the whole cast from Avatar in Fortnite right away, we can assume this will be similar to other collaborations they’ve done with the series. Where they’ll release the main character, in this case, Aang, and then in future updates we’ll see other characters join the item shop.
This will work similarly to how the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles event was held during the current season, where they were teased throughout the onset of the season up until the midway point. Then, Epic added the event pass, along with some gimmicks across the map, to go hand in hand with the collaboration. So, maybe we’ll see some Mythic weapons, such as being able to use the elements added during the eventual release of this partnership.
So, keep your eyes peeled for news in the coming weeks, as Chapter 5 Season 2 is on the horizon, and there’s no telling what else Epic Games has in store for players. Keep tabs on our list of every LEGO Fortnite skin.

Aang and his friends are on a quest to stop the Fire Nation in the first season of Netflix’s Avatar: The Last Airbender. But there’s plenty more to the story than just the first season, which was released on Netflix on Thursday. In fact, if the animated original series is anything to go by, there should be at least two more seasons in Aang’s journey.
Weeks after its release, the general consensus about Netflix’s Avatar: The Last Airbender seems to be: Well, at least it’s better than the infamous M. Night Shyamalan version! A low bar, but at least it was cleared.
One attentive The Last of Us 2 player was recently intrigued to learn that a phone number featured in the early hours of Naughty Dog's hit action adventure uses a Washington area code matching the game's setting. Their discovery adds to the ever-expanding list of examples underlining the immaculate attention to detail that went into the making of The Last of Us 2.
IDW's groundbreaking limited series, TMNT: The Last Ronin, was published between 2020 and 2022 and told the story of the last of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Michelangelo, as he embarked on a quest to avenge his three fallen brothers, Leonardo, Donatello, and Raphael. Hailed for taking the Turtles back to their grittier roots, The Last Ronin also set the stage for a new generation of turtles, whose adventures will take place in the time after the end of The Last Ronin.
Netflix’s Avatar: The Last Airbender speedruns the whole first season of the animated show in eight episodes, which means cutting some scenes, patching other episodes together, and adding a whole new prologue. Results may vary: On the one hand, integrating some favorite characters earlier on makes for some fun reveals, but also makes for some weird pacing and exposition delivery.
Once, the most coveted form of media for an adaptation was a live-action movie. Nowadays, it’s all about the live-action television adaptation — preferably an eight-episode Drama™ that takes the source material really seriously.
A Fortnite dataminer has revealed that a crossover event with Avatar: The Last Airbender is coming next season. This comes after Fortnite's current crossover event, which ends soon on February 27.
A fan recently combined their love of Pokemon and Avatar: The Last Airbender with a creative tattoo that reimagines Dragonite as Aang. Both these properties have captivated the imaginations of fans for decades, with Pokemon in particular building on its collection of elementally empowered creatures with each new game. This has enabled players to show off their own artistic skills through drawings, crafting, and even tattoos.
Folks who grew up watching Avatar: The Last Airbender have high-key been in distress since its series finale aired in 2008. Unlike other notable pop cultural phenomenons like HBO’s Game of Thrones, whose divisive ending dampened viewers’ affinity with the prestige TV show, the basis of Avatar viewers’ discontent comes from how spectacular the show was. Like a picturesque illustration of a stallion mid-stride, Avatar’s journey from daring pilot to emotionally climactic finale left a void in viewers’ spirits that they’ve yet to fill with another show of its caliber. And who can blame them? Avatar: The Last Airbender hit differently.
Avatar: The Last Airbenderis a tough act to follow, but luckily, if you’re watching the series for the first time, sequel show The Legend of Korra is waiting for you right after. If you’ve already finished both of those, however, you might still be itching for a character-focused, plot-heavy, fantasy-action animated series to fill the void in your heart. What comes next?
