Resident Evil 4 Remake and Street Fighter 6 were the highlights among the new releases in Capcom’s second quarter and first half of fiscal year 2023 financial results. However, older Resident Evil titles like Resident Evil 2 Remake and Resident Evil 3 Remake continue to perform exceptionally well.

Dead Island 2 is making waves among its nostalgic community once more thanks to its upcoming lore-filled expansion, Haus. If you’re like me, then you grew up playing the original and immediately jumped into Dambuster Studios’ recent sequel. The zombie shooter does sport a hefty price, though, as new horror games generally do. One of my favorite games of the year and a truly standout horror experience is about to join PC Game Pass, as 2023’s Dead Space Remake is headed to the Microsoft subscription service. There’s a lot more coming in the spooky month of October, but we’re also losing some truly great games, with Persona 5 Royal chief among them.
