Sony has announced a State of Play games showcase, slated for Thursday, May 30. Sony has announced the slate of free games coming to PlayStation Plus in June as part of its annual Days of Play celebration that begins May 29. Sony seems to be working on a new platform for free-to-play mobile games, according to details revealed via a PlayStation job listing. The job listing for the role of a Mobile Platform Architect mentions that the position requires designing PlayStation's platform for “developing, publishing, and operating free-to-play mobile games.” The development comes after Microsoft announced that it would launch an Xbox mobile store in July.
