The Last of Us Part 2 Director is “Working on Another Game,” “Can’t Say Anything”

A new trailer is out today in celebration of its launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

Nintendo has a pretty killer winter in store for fans in the coming weeks/months, but for now, it’s indie time.

With season 2 confirmed to be in production, it’s only a matter of time before fans find out. Showrunners Neil Druckmann and Craig Mazin have revealed that the upcoming second season will adapt the story of The Last of Us 2 video game, meaning that Abby is fated to be a much-hated character. Who can we expect to see play Abby in TLOU season 2?

Beloved animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender has seen its story expanded for years in the world of comics, and a new graphic novel aims to give Uncle Iroh the ultimate challenge - a disruption to his tea deliveries. The whole 'captured by a bounty hunter' thing seems minor by comparison.

One of the things that made The Last Of Us such a great video game, and then an excellent TV adaptation, is that its world was both familiar and yet terrifying. It was set on our Earth, and in modern times, and the reason everything went wrong wasn’t because of some “experiment we shouldn’t have done,” but because of something within nature evolving to a terrifying degree and infecting humanity. The result rocked the world, and it became something no one would want to live in. But that doesn’t mean people wouldn’t want to go to Universal Studios to be a part of it for a night!

Aside from being a critically acclaimed series with praiseworthy writing, The Last of Us is also one of the best TV shows adapted from a video game. As such, more than a few people have hoped for a third entry in Naughty Dog’s harrowing, post-apocalyptic franchise. But it appears we shouldn’t expect to hear anything about it anytime soon.
