There have been rumors about Naughty Dog vice president and director Neil Druckmann’s next project for some time now. He teased it at last year’s Summer Game Fest showcase but said it was too early to discuss. Rumors have circulated that it’s The Last of Us Part 3, but there’s been no official confirmation.
Regardless, Druckmann continues to tease. Speaking to Entertainment Weekly about The Last of Us HBO series, he stated he’s also “working on another game.” When asked about the third game in the series, he smiled and responded, “As far as the next game at Naughty Dog, I can’t say anything. My comms director over there will slaughter me.”
The fact that he emphasized “next game”, as if clarifying that he wasn’t talking about the next title in The Last of Us series, says a lot. Or perhaps nothing at all. Regardless, Naughty Dog is also working on a standalone multiplayer title in the series, though it needs more time before its reveal. Rumors claim that the project is being re-evaluated and the team scaled back. As always, stay tuned for any updates.

Beloved animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender has seen its story expanded for years in the world of comics, and a new graphic novel aims to give Uncle Iroh the ultimate challenge - a disruption to his tea deliveries. The whole 'captured by a bounty hunter' thing seems minor by comparison.
Now that the iPhone 15 series is out, the obvious thought in many people's minds is whether it is a better proposition than the Samsung Galaxy S23 lineup that was released earlier this year. And considering the next Samsung event is likely to be in January or February 2024, many also wonder what will the S24 lineup bring to compete with the iPhones. The Apple vs. Samsung rivalry goes way back and the fans on the respective sides never hesitate to hail their side as the one with the best smartphone in the world. But that often does not tell us the truth from a neutral and objective perspective. While the iPhone 15 lineup has not even opened for pre-orders, it will be a while before people can test it out against the Samsung counterpart to really know the truth, but that does not mean that experts have not built up an opinion. Let us take a look.
Deadpool 3 director Shawn Levy has said we might never see Hugh Jackman's Wolverine again after the new movie.
One of the things that made The Last Of Us such a great video game, and then an excellent TV adaptation, is that its world was both familiar and yet terrifying. It was set on our Earth, and in modern times, and the reason everything went wrong wasn’t because of some “experiment we shouldn’t have done,” but because of something within nature evolving to a terrifying degree and infecting humanity. The result rocked the world, and it became something no one would want to live in. But that doesn’t mean people wouldn’t want to go to Universal Studios to be a part of it for a night!
Bethesda exec Todd Howard has claimed that Fallout 76’s troubled launch ultimately helped the studio’s developers become better judges of when their games are actually ready to be released.
Aside from being a critically acclaimed series with praiseworthy writing, The Last of Us is also one of the best TV shows adapted from a video game. As such, more than a few people have hoped for a third entry in Naughty Dog’s harrowing, post-apocalyptic franchise. But it appears we shouldn’t expect to hear anything about it anytime soon.
