In other news, Google has committed to invest $2 billion in the AI company Anthropic, solidifying its relationship with the startup. The move is seen as similar to Microsoft investing in OpenAI. If you're playing the Metal Gear Solid 1 Master Collection edition, please for the love of god make sure you don't pick the PAL version

Konami has fixed one of the more glaring issues with the Master Collection version of Metal Gear Solid 1. When the game hit Steam three days ago, players were supposed to be able to download different language packs—Japanese, US English and what-have-you—via the game's launcher. Unfortunately, the relevant Steam pages were inexplicably AWOL, making international versions of the game inaccessible.

Cyberpunk's 2.02 patch has hit, bringing with it a surfeit of tweaks, fixes, and improvements to Night City in the wake of the game's sweeping 2.0 update and accompanying redemption arc. As usual there's a whole lot of bullet points here, and I'll put the full patch notes below, but there are a couple of entries worth highlighting in particular.

After leaving Starfield mid-development, Skyrim designer couldn't believe how well it ran at launch: "The Bethesda guys may not like me for saying this"

Former Skyrim lead designer Bruce Nesmith left Bethesda, and his updated role as senior systems designer, partway through Starfield's development, so he was as surprised as the rest of us when the massive space RPG was released in remarkably good condition.

Apple Has Chosen A Few Retail Employees For A ‘Secretive Product Training Event’ For The Vision Pro Launch

The Apple Vision Pro launch is said to happen in early 2024, but it will not be easy for customers to acquire one as the device is said to be available through an appointment system only. Also, the company has been extremely mum on the product, which only means that the average person does not know what they will be getting for their hard-earned $3,499, and that may be why Apple has selected a few retail employees to undergo a secret training event prior to the release of the AR headset.

Killadelphia brings together Spawn, Savage Dragon, Blacula, Dracula, and John Adams for the most gonzo comic crossover ever

Image Comics' creator-owned Killadelphia is about to embark on one of the most unlikely crossovers in comic book history (and there have been some doozies). Starting in November's Killadelphia #31, by series creators writer Rodney Barnes and artist Jason Shawn Alexander, the forces of Heaven and Hell will go to war in the streets of Philadelphia, with some well-known characters enlisted on both sides, including Image Comics icons Spawn and Savage Dragon, cult-classic movie monster Blacula, and, just for good measure, the classic literary icon Count Dracula too.
