Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown Trailer Showcases Gorgeous Locations

One thing in particular that has always stood out each time Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 has been shown off is just how technically impressive it continues to look, and with games that look this good, you’re usually going to find plenty of people hoping for a photo mode to hop into and take endless customized screenshots in. Thankfully, Hellblade 2 will give you that option.

505 Games has released a new trailer for Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, the spiritual successor to Suikoden from original creators Yoshitaka Murayama (who sadly passed away recently) and Junko Kawano. In a new livestream, Cygames revealed new details and gameplay for Granblue Fantasy: Relink’s upcoming updates. Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown publisher Nacon and developer KT Racing have been releasing a number of videos over the past couple of months highlighting the various playstyles in the game, such as The Cruiser and The Racer, and now we’ve got a look another playstyle in The Explorer.

Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown looks promising, but it comes with a downside that may turn away interested players, and that's an always-online requirement. Solar Crown is anupcoming racing game with a focus on its multiplayer sandbox. Slated for a 2024 release, the game leans into its branding not only as a racer but as a lifestyle experience, allowing players to explore the lush nature of Hong Kong Island, complete with offroad driving, at 1:1 scale to the real-world location.

Publisher Nacon and developer KT Racing have frequently described upcoming open world racer Test Drive Unlimited as a shared world multiplayer experience, similar to the likes of Forza Horizon and The Crew, so it’s no surprise that it’s now been confirmed that the game will require a persistent internet connection.

Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown is all about decadence and riding slick cars around its urban Hong Kong environment, or, at least, that’s what it’s mostly about.
