Team Caravan and Aiming are working on a new game, 2.5 Dimensional Seduction: Angels’ Stage for Android and iOS. While the exact release date hasn’t been set yet, the developers have dropped a new teaser trailer announcing the game.
Team Caravan is the brains behind ‘Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? Familia Myth Battle Chronicle.’ Also known as DanMachi BATTLE CHRONICLE, it’s a battle-action role-playing game that was released in August 2023. So you can expect 2.5 Dimensional Seduction: Angels’ Stage to be a good experience too.
It’s based on the cosplay-themed romantic manga series by Yu Hashimoto, which is a bit similar to My Dress Up Darling. The game will bring the manga to your phone, a blend of cosplay, high school romance and a few battles. According to the developers, the game is where 3D reality meets 2D fiction, depicting the passion of cosplayers, their feelings, and how they grow by overcoming different hurdles in life.
If you want to know more about the game, head to the official website of 2.5 Dimensional Seduction: Angels’ Stage. Also, take a quick look at the teaser!
The story revolves around Masamune Okumura, the manga club president of his school, an otaku who also looks like a workout freak. His love interest is Lilysa Amano, a member of his club who is crazy about cosplay. The game mirrors the anime plot and is set to drop in 2024.
The manga entered serialization in 2019 via Shonen and currently has 18 volumes. It’s got a mix of sexy vibes, laughs and heartfelt moments. The main characters slowly dive into their feelings, all the while infusing the series with playful ecchi-style entertainment.
