One veteran game developer recently explained why this is, pointing out subtle but noticeable problems with Starfield’s facial animations. 

RuneScape has launched its brand new Hero Pass battle pass system and a newly-transformed season with over 100 possible rewards to claim. The first season, Hero Pass: Underworld, is tied to the recent launch of Necromancy, and is live now.

Developer FuturLab and publisher Square Enix have announced a new collaboration DLC for PowerWash Simulator. Slated for release later this year on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch, the DLC has been titled the Back to the Future Special Pack. Check out the trailer below.

Newcomer studio Sonka has released the first-ever gameplay trailer for its horror game, Holstin. This new trailer reveals a fun twist on the game’s shooting mechanics, too, and comes alongside word that there’s a demo now available on Steam as well. 

The new Five Nights at Freddy's movie trailer finally gives a full look at all four killer animatronics from the original game - not to mention some of the absolutely gnarly ways they're going to torture and kill their victims.

The First Descendant is busy ramping up hype for its open beta — which is dropping on the 19th September — and so we're being treated to a new 4K gameplay trailer. You can catch glimpses of different playable characters, their loadouts, and their unique abilities, as well as huge boss enemies that'll require teamwork to bring down efficiently.

We finally have a release date for The Invincible. Based on «the motifs» of Polish author Stanisław Lem’s 1964 novel of the same name, this project was first revealed back in 2021, and has always looked pretty promising. Now, the mysterious sci-fi narrative adventure will finally touch down on PS5 soon. It's scheduled to arrive on 6th November 2023.

Intriguing station wagon survival game Pacific Drive now has an ETA of sometime in Early 2024, as developer Ironwood Studios reveals a delay is necessary to «stay true to ourselves, and not compromise on the teams well being». The game previously had a release window of 2023.

Sea of Stars is now just one week away from launch, and to celebrate, Sabotage Studio has released a brand new trailer. It shows off a fair bit of how the game will play, with footage of battles, exploration, fishing, cooking, levelling up, and more all thrown into the mix. Perhaps most noteworthy is the introduction of a new playable party member: Seraï.

Cor, Alan Wake 2 is looking good, isn't it? Remedy Entertainment's sequel was recently delayed to 27th October, but it looks like it'll be well worth the wait for survival horror fans.
