Peter will mention how you need to approve a new set of equipment for Trevor before gaining access to his computer, an important goal at this point in. Unfortunately, it seems like Peter wasn't even aware that you were his assistant now, leading you to have to finish another task to truly get his recognition. He mentions a series of shipments that have failed to deliver, which have been restricted by high-ranking politician Governor Hurst.
Questioning on the nature of these shipments will get you nowhere, so travel to Hurst's office down the hallway to talk about getting Peter's blocked supplies back. Hurst will explain that Peter is actually behind on their taxes, explaining why none of their shipments have gone anywhere. The Crimson Fleet pirates have taken Hurst's ship out into the space surrounding Uranus, specifically close to the moon Umbriel. Make sure your ship has a large enough jump range to leap from Mars to Uranus without wasting too much fuel. Also be prepared for combat against the raiders who took over the governor's vehicle, and stock up on weapons such as the best shotguns in for combat inside the stolen ship.

After you reach the ship, you have two main options to take involving the vessel now under the control of Crimson Fleet. You can destroy the ship as Hurst asked, or infiltrate the vessel by lying to the pirates.
