There are tons of cool Easter Eggs and secrets to discover in Spiderman 2. This one player actually discovered a hidden bike you can ride in free roam in the open world of Spiderman 2.
Throughout this Insomniac game, there are certain sections where you can ride a bike, but they’re tied to their own story or minigame moments. But did you know you can ride a bike at any point?
In the Astoria District in Spiderman 2, this one player on Reddit found a hidden bike that you can ride around on during free roam mode. It isn’t tied down to any specific game moments, anyone can go and find this bike!
Behind a set of buildings, the player found an area with a red bike just standing there. Luckily, you can walk right up to it and start riding it! It works just like it does in the story and minigame moments. You use the X button to pedal, and the left analog stick to steer.

It’s impressive to see how many players can spot these little secrets. There may be even more bikes throughout New York City that players have yet to discover that are rideable. Reading more of the Reddit post’s comments, it seems as though this was Peter’s bike that was stolen from Midtown High.
Although you may think you can get around New York City in this bike, it’ll sadly de-spawn after a few blocks. Not sure why this is a thing, but it’s at least a cool to use temporarily. If you want to try this bike out for yourself, head to the area on the map marked in the image above. Press Triangle to hop on it, and that’s all it takes!
