Sci-fi fantasy action RPG Babylon X announced for consoles, PC

Inevitable Studios, an independent developer founded by veteran game developer Cord Smith, has announced Always in Mind, a narrative-based action platformer coming to PC via Steam. A release date was not announced.

S-Game has just unleashed its latest offering, Phantom Blade: Executioners, an adrenaline-pumping Action RPG, on iOS and Android devices. Though the PC version is still in the works, no official release date has been announced yet. The developer, however, did announce that the eagerly anticipated PlayStation 5 and PC release will be hitting your screens early next week.

Freebird Games has announced The Last Hour of an Epic TO THE MOON RPG, a turn-based RPG depiction of the To the Moon series. It will launch for PC via Steam in 2024.

SEGA has announced Sonic Dream Team, a 3D action platformer coming to Apple Arcade on December 5.

OperaHouse has announced Akuyaku Reijou wa Ringoku no Outaishi ni Dekiai Sareru, an otome visual novel based on the light novel of the same name. It will launch as a digital-only title in spring 2024 in Japan.

The second open beta for Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising will run from November 9th to 12th for PS4, PS5 and PC. The first session starts at 6 PM PT on November 9th and ends at 5 PM PT on November 10th. The second begins at 11 PM PT on November 11th and ends at 11 PM PT on November 12th. PlayStation Plus is not required, and crossplay will be enabled.

Last Epoch, developed by Eleventh Hour Games, is set to launch its much-anticipated version 1.0 on February 21st, 2024. This announcement comes after a remarkable journey that began with a dream of uniting ARPG enthusiasts through a lengthy stint in Early Access on Steam. Eleventh Hour games successfully funded their Kickstarter campaign in May of 2018 with an initial target date of April of 2020. The game was delayed and has come a long way since then.

The London Final Fantasy Fan Fest has kicked off this morning with an impressive keynote speech that has finally unveiled one of the two jobs expected for the upcoming Dawntrail expansion. A few months ago during the Las Vegas Fan Fest, players around the world were teased a bit of information that there would be two new jobs added with the inclusion of the new expansion. At the time, speculations were all over the place as players came up with various theories — it didn’t help that FFXIV director Naoki Yoshida wore a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles shirt at the time of said announcement which then prompted players to try and line up the letters like some kind of nerdy anagram. From Corsairs to Time Mages, all kinds of speculation arose. Carefully observant Warriors of Light may have noticed a tease of the potential melee job when watching the Dawntrail trailer, but it wasn’t enough detail to solidify good guesses.

Akupara Games has announced Hello Cruel World, a survival horror title in which you play as an urban exploring streamer venturing into an abandoned lab. It will launch for unspecified virtual reality platforms in 2024, including PC via Steam.
