SAND LAND Accolades Trailer Highlights Critical Praise

Decorating and designing your dream island in Animal Crossing: New Horizions takes a lot of Bells and materials. There are hundreds of ways to decorate your dream island, but the grind to get there can be a little daunting, especially with so many items being seasonal or part of holiday events. You are always encouraged to go out and visit your friend’s islands via Dodo Airlines (as long as you have a Nintendo Switch Online membership) so you can trade for or snag some items from their islands. You might also have heard of special Treasure Islands you can visit. These are said to be jam-packed with all sorts of rare items to collect. As you know, you can’t randomly visit other players’ islands, so here’s how you can reach them.

The bountiful creations of the late Akira Toriyama are household names, but you won’t find any of his most well-known characters in Sand Land. His lesser-known graphic novel has remained a footnote when compared to Dragon Ball Z’s prodigious success, but it’s clear that someone out there thinks that now is Sand Land’s time, with the arrival of a movie, an animated series, and a video game adaptation, all in the last six months. This multi-format assault showcases that the genius of Akira Toriyama extended far beyond the Dragon Balls, and while it might have taken a long time coming, it was well worth the wait.

Creativision Studio has announced Starsand Island, a tranquil island farming simulation game coming to PC via Steam in Q4 2025.

Like many open-world games, your map in is mostly hidden at first, unless you manage to fix Radio Towers scattered in different areas of the world. Repairing these monuments to old technology will help you track down other interesting areas of regions you explore. However, you need to have the right materials for certain Towers to get them back into working condition.

What a week it has been, with the sun finally showing its face again after a chilly April for the UK.
