You Will Die Here Tonight is as interesting as it sounds. The name is eye-catching, but the gameplay and premise are even more so. If you take a look at any of the game’s screenshots or trailers, you may notice a nostalgic chill go down your spine. Developer Spiral Bound Interactive created its debut game as a “love letter” to beloved classics, including the first two Resident Evil games and The House of the Dead. The developer has just revealed You Will Die Here Tonight’s specific release date, and it’s right on time for the most spooktacular holiday.
Resident Evil 4 Remake Will Cost at Least $60 to Play on iPhone 15 Pro

Resident Evil 4 fans expected to pay around $60 for the remake on platforms like Steam and PS5, but it turns out you'll be shelling out that much (or more) if you buy it on mobile, too.
As IGN reports, full pricing info for the game, which is expected to launch later this year, is listed in the “In-App Purchases” section of the product page. The base game will cost $60 while upgrading to the Deluxe Edition will set you back another $20. The game also features several in-app purchases that allow players to obtain weapon upgrade tickets to use in the game.
The App Store listing says: “A limited part of the base game can be played for free. In order to play the full game, an in-app purchase is required.”
You'll also need Apple's top-of-the-line devices. System requirements for iPhone are iOS 17 or later and a device with the A17 Pro chip, which means an iPhone 15 Pro or Pro Max. On iPad, you'll need iPadOS 17 and a tablet with an M1 chip, while Macs need at least macOS Ventura and an M1 chip.
The game does support universal purchase, so if you buy it on the App Store for your iPhone, it will be playable on the iPad and Mac.
Although it’s not a requirement to play the game, the App Store does suggest that a controller, like the Backbone One may be used “for the best experience." If you don’t have a controller, this will increase the overall price of playing on your iPhone.
While many gamers might think paying up to $80 for a mobile game is too much, Capcom President Haruhiro Tsujimoto has suggested that game prices are still too low due to increased development costs, despite costs increasing following the release of the Xbox Series X/S and PS5, Nikkei reports (via Kotaku).
There is currently no official release date set for Resident Evil 4 on the App Store. The description says Dec. 31, but also: “Currently, a placeholder date is listed as the release date on the App Store. The official release date will be announced at a later date.” (As IGN notes, Resident Evil Village for the iPhone 15 Pro launches on Oct. 30.)

The for is a nice reason to return to one of 2023's best remakes, but it isn't really worth buying unless you're just really, really invested in what Ada was doing the whole time. It's more, and if the prospect of that excites you then there is absolutely no reason not to check it out. Weird that it costs $9.99 now when it originally came for free with every copy of though (barring the original GameCube release, which didn't get it at all).
