Red Dead Redemption 2 actor Roger Clark has suggested that the 'GTA 6 Joker' "use the notoriety" rather than seek money from Rockstar.

Roger Clark, the actor voicing and portraying Arthur Morgan in RDR2, believes that Red Dead Redemption 3 will happen eventually.

Red Dead Redemption 3 is an inevitability, says one of the game’s major voice actors, but don’t expect Arthur to be returning for it.

Right now, all eyes are on the recently-released Grand Theft Auto 6, and given the fact that the game isn’t even out until 2025, that’s going to continue to be the case for the foreseeable future. Rockstar does, however, have another major, blockbuster IP in its stable in the form of Red Dead Redemption 2, and the actor who played its protagonist is sure that we’ll see a third game in the Wild West franchise at some point in the future as well.

Amid the fuss over Grand Theft Auto 6, the actor who plays the star of Rockstar’s other massive game franchise has said he believes the developer will eventually get to making a sequel.

The actor for Arthur Morgan in Red Dead Redemption has given fans a glimmer of hope after saying that he's "certain" a third game could be on the cards one day - just don't expect his character's involvement. 

GTA 6 marks a "new vision" for developer Rockstar Games and the series at large.

The upcoming GTA 6 trailer will reportedly be approximately 91 seconds long, and although this is longer than other Rockstar reveal trailers, some players were hoping for more.

Earlier this year, Rockstar Games co-founder Dan Houser set up a new transmedia company dubbed Absurd Ventures. Months after that announcement, the studio has revealed it's locked in two projects (and "universes") to release next year.
