We don’t hear Rick or Morty talk for the entire cold open of Rick and Morty season 7. For those attuned to behind-the-scenes upheaval — of co-creator and star Justin Roiland being fired after allegations of domestic violence and troubling professional behavior surfaced — it seemed like a slow play. For months, the creators behind Rick and Morty talked about hiring “soundalikes” to step into the lead roles (both played by Roiland), but wouldn’t say who they were. At San Diego Comic-Con, executive producer Steve Levy would only say that they sound the same, and “the characters are the same characters. No change.”

YouTuber Zullie the Witch has spent the past few weeks bringing Armored Core 6 objects into Elden Ring to see just how big they are. In AC6, you're piloting a gigantic mech suit that makes helicopters look like flies, so the world is scaled around your enormity. That means if you plopped a Tarnished onto the road, they'd be miniscule. But do it the other way around and everything in Armored Core 6 looks comically large.

Elden Ring is a massive hit, and while some of that is certainly down to the brilliant world-building, combat, exploration, and the wide variety of approaches and tools for every situation, a huge part of the charm are the characters.

The upcoming Elden Ring Shadow Of The Erdtree DLC could very well launch early next year on February 5, 2024.

Elden Ring  was a massive hit and easily a game that a player could easily spend countless hours going through. However, we know that FromSoftware is not done with the title quite yet. There is a DLC planned called  Shadow of the Erdtree . Unfortunately, details have been scarce, and we’re unsure when this game expansion will pop up again. With that said, a new rumor has started to spread online that not only suggests when we’ll see this game again but also when exactly the expansion will be landing in the marketplace. 

Root Resin might just be one of the rarest crafting materials in that you might need at some point. Root Resin is a bright orange substance that has been secreted from the Erdtree. However, they aren't as common as other materials and can only be found in grassy biomes. You can combine Root Resin with Smoldering Butterflies and String to create an item that can be imbued on a weapon. This gives your weapon extra powers, making it highly advantageous to use against bosses and enemies.

Enshrouded has had me feeling some type of way since Keen Games’ initial reveal of the blended survival RPG experience. It takes all of the crafting and exploring mechanics we love from games like Rust or Valheim, combining them with combat and medieval fantasy vibes seen in FromSoftware’s timeless icons such as Dark Souls or Elden Ring. We can soon explore its vast world for ourselves during the Steam Next Fest, thanks to a free playable demo.
