PlayStation Stars Campaigns and Digital Collectibles for April 2024

16 more games are heading to PS Plus through the Extra and Premium tiers this month, and as is often the case, there's quite a lot of variety on show. April's offering is headlined by not one, not two, but three brand new releases on PS5 and PS4: the incredibly highly rated Dave the Diver, the promising Tales of Kenzera: ZAU, and Animal Well. Although technically, ZAU is out a little later in the month, and Animal Well is out in May.

Friday is here, and with it comes a brand new to solve. We had a little advantage in today's game since one of the categories lined up nicely with a previous job we had. Sometimes that's all the steam you need to score a win in this game, once you clear out a few words, everything else slowly falls in line.

Microsoft has announced the second wave of April 2024 Xbox Game Pass additions. The upcoming batch consists of six titles, some of which will only be available to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers.

Wednesday, April 17 has a brand new for fans to solve and today's categories shouldn't be too much trouble for most players. We even ended up solving the trickiest category first today. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate has added a fresh batch of perks for users to claim, including the Vault 33 Survival Kit for online multiplayer game Fallout 76. Those subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate get to enjoy all the benefits of the other Xbox Game Pass subscription tiers, including online multiplayer, the PC and console game library, EA Play titles, exclusive discounts, and a rotating selection of perks.

Xbox's April update for consoles has begun to roll out and includes improvements to Discord, game captures, and guest privileges. The Xbox app on PC has also received a substantial update that introduces Game Hubs to all users.

Developer Iron Gate Studio has released a new update for Valheim that includes a Unity engine upgrade, performance improvements, and various bug fixes. Iron Gate explained that the update's main goal is to make Valheim smoother and prepare it for the future Ashlands update.

Sony has officially confirmed 12 games that will be joining the Extra tier of its PlayStation Plus subscription service in April 2024. Thanks to previous release date announcements, PlayStation Plus subscribers already knew about two of the games coming to PS Plus Extra ahead of time.
